National Bible Bee Day of Prayer

Each year, we take some special time on a certain day to thank God for all that He has done through this Bible Bee season and ask Him to show mercy through the competition and be glorified through it all.

Since I'm on Quizlet, MV, ST, the Google+ community, and also have a blog, I'm organizing it and spreading the word.

This year's info: Wednesday, August 3rd, at 3:00 PM (CST)

Some specific things to pray for:
Good health for everyone
No technical issues
Wisdom for the Bible Bee staff
Rest for everyone before the big day
Clarity of mind for the contestants

^Well, I was hoping that someone else would ask for prayer, but I guess I'll just have to get y'all started :)^

You can pray that my eczema wouldn't hurt so bad on my index finger on my right hand. Right now, it hurts to have any pressure on it, which means that writing is pretty painful, and typing is somewhat painful, too.

Also, pray that my greatest desire would be to please my Heavenly Father through the Bible Bee, rather than my family, grandparents and extended family, friends, BB friends, etc… And that I would desire the glory that comes from God rather than the glory that comes from man. Contentment, and lots of trust in the love and sovereignty of my Father who always does what is best.

PLEASE let me know how I can be praying for you!

Mom and Dad are going to England, leaving tomorrow (Wednesday) and returning Tuesday. which means they will be gone over the weekend for the BB test. Which means that we'll be taking it with some other friends who have never done it with us before… Please pray that nothing will go wrong, and that we'll take the test without any problems… (and that we'll have enough computers to take it! lol)
