Normally I just repeat a line over and over until I memorize it. But that has always been rather slow for me, this last year, I did some memorizing on Scripturetyper, and that works good for me.

I know of this really great site called Memverse that has helped me tremendously in my Bible memorization! It's called Memverse, and you can go to memverse.com to sign up… LOL
No, but really, Memverse has helped me more than anything else with my memorization. Otherwise, I just read the passage over and over. But the other thing that really helps me a lot is memorizing story-sections rather than poetry/prophecy-sections.

Lol! Have u tried scripture typer?

I write out the verse on a whiteboard, then read it, erase a word, read it again, erase a word, and so on until no words are left. :)

No, Danielle, I haven't tried ScriptureTyper. What is it?

Actually, the key is recalling rather than reviewing, Memverse works great, because it helps recalling.
I like it. Before that I used my filofax and a method taken from Charlotte mason, where verses or anything else are reviewed first everyday, then every other day, then once a week, and then once a month. It can be done with a box of card.
I am so pleased to have found Memverse: it has more features than my filofax :)…
