Unless you have sensitive children. There is some pretty heavy/scary stuff in it for little ones.

That word is spelled "courageous," just so you know. :) And about the movie, my ten-year-old brother, my twelve-year-old sister, me, and COS are allowed to see it, but no one younger in our family due to certain violent elements. But it is an altogether good movie–even a great one. :)

THE DOCTOR

I don't know if I'd call it exactly family friendly. There is some violence and immorality references. I think parents should pre-view it for young children. However, it just may be the best movie I've ever seen!

Well, it was Dove-approved. And it won the Best of Festival at the SAICFF last year. So I think it is a great Christian movie. I agree that parents should pre-view it. That's what my parents did for me, but I still got to see it in the theaters.

Has anyone heard anything about Sherwood Pictures' next movie? I saw an ad on Facebook that said something like: "Liked COURAGEOUS? Check out this new movie from Sherwood about finding purpose in pain!" The name of the movie was Standing Firm or something like that. I really want to check it out.

It is from the same maker of great Christian movies such as:
Fireproof (PG)
Facing the Giants (PG)
Flywheel

All these are great movies and I highly recommend them to those who haven't seen them

Hey, don't be callin' SBG weird! That title is reserved only for me! And he's just trying to be funny and friendly, miss "I-Don't-Know-How-To-Use-Correct-Punctuation-And-Capitalization"! Seriously! Do you have to have a crush on someone to talk to them? In that case I have a crush on everyone I know! Come on!

Have only watched the trailer, my parents watched it for a date night and it sounds real neat!

That was a great movie. Yes, PG-13, but it was one of the best movies I have ever seen (compared to fireproof). This is my review of the movie:
Movie starts. I laughed. I cried. I laughed. I was confused. I cried. I understood. I laughed and cried again. Movie ends. :)

Uhhh, probably the end, when Adam was talking at church, and they were showing the clips of David and Shane…
It was such an awesome movie though! I like ALL of it! =D

The part when they were on their way to pick up lunch and have to help bring sone of the drug dealers to prison. When they get in the car and the Mexican guy (sorry, I can't remember any of the names) starts speaking in spanish saying what he will have for lunch to scare the guy! :D Of course that isn't my favorite part but I do love it!

^^^^ Did that make any sense at all???

A few months ago, I was confused when Stephen Kendrick spoke at the SAICFF - he said that they were going to continue to make movies but at this point they were not sure where God was taking them next. I think I've got it figured out, though - I saw a movie called Standing Firm in a catalog recently. It wasn't from Sherwood, but I'm thinking that the Kendricks may have helped out with it as they did with The Lost Medallion.
