Experiencing difficulty getting on

I've now been using this site for a long time and am experiencing difficulty getting on from time to time. Just wondering if it might be time to lift the restrictions on referrals associated with levels when the website itself can't cope. The stats are now no longer accurate if on some days you can't get in because the website is oversubscribed
