Get Satisfaction Doesn't Work Anymore?

Has anybody else experienced what I've experienced? When I click on Help > User-Powered Support for Memverse, a page opens that says "Sorry, the community that you’re looking for has been retired and is no longer available. If you need help, please contact the company you're looking for directly."

Does anyone know what's going on?

I wondered the same thing – who should we contact. Normally of course we would post something on the Get Satisfaction page, but, since it's not working, we can't. I couldn't find any other contact information on the web page.
