I have a confession to make… I had to cut my hair- again. I did it about two weeks ago, and when it's dry, it curls up to just above my shoulders. I cried really hard about it. It only grew about six inches since I cut it back in 2009.

Do you find that your hair curls more when you use hard water?

Um, it frizzes more.

My hair is pretty wavy, but when I wash it with hard water it looks like I permed it.

I've got long blonde hair and always keep it long. It's wavy and gets curly when I wash it. I personally love having long hair, but I understand when girls cut it short. I don't think girls should have to have it long, but I think long is prettier In general ;)

For boys, long hair is not a problem in my opinion, unless they're doing it to be purposefully rebellious against parents' wishes. But I also wouldn't make my older boys have short hair, so If they did want it long, I wouldn't protest ;)

As for facial hair….it's completely fine in my opinion, but doesn't look great on all guys :) My brother used to have very…interesting..facial hair, but now he's clean-shaven.

How do you girls like to do your hair? I usually just brush mine, but lately my sister's been doing all kinds of hair-dos to me ;) Lol. :D

My hair gets so curly when I get it wet! It's funny, though…sometimes it's like corkscrew curls, other times it's a big heavy, thick mass, other times it's half wavy…I never know what I'm going to get! :P

Braids, in a clip, with part of it pulled back so it cascades down my back… lots of different ways!

BTW - I would have guessed that you have blonde hair, just from your personality. :P

Headbands, buns - braided, twisted, plain - half backs (not very often though), front hair pulled back with hairclips…or…just down. :) My hair is pretty long - about at my hips.

Wow…mine keeps getting longer…very slowly…my hair just doesn't grow that fast. :P :)

Nor does mine…my hair is probably one of the slowest to grow ever!! Unfortunately, I had to trim a tiny bit recently, so it isn't quite at my hips anymore.

I only ever trim a tiny bit, so it keeps getting longer very slowly… :D

Uh, no. I was actually asking in hopes that you did. xP I have so many split ends it's scary! Even when I trim it! Grr xD

Sorry - the best solution I've found is to snip 'em. :( Use plenty of conditioner, especially on the ends. Comb it through your hair so it'll get on all the ends. I don't know what else to say…

About split ends my mom says that you have to trim them all off.

I have so many split ends it's scary! Even when I trim it! Grr xD

Ditto… I just can't touch my hair, except to wash it. I have founds hairs that are split for three inches, just little ends sticking off the hair about every quarter inch…

My hair grows at just the right speed for me to keep up with it… about shoulder length in a year. :D

My hair is in bad shape… it never grows well and it's still as thin as when I was a baby. And I have dozens and dozens of split ends. :P

It's almost to the middle of my back. :P :P Though I would like it down to my knees. :P

But it's starting to get a little thicker and healthier… and I am very glad of that.

I like to have it down, or, when I'm hot, in a bun/ponytail. I also like pigtails :)
And when I dress up as an Indian I braid it. :)

As for curliness… it used to be really curly but now it just has a little wave. But when I wash it it's half curly.

My sister is about your age and her hair is a lot like yours (even the same color). :)

That's great! My hair is always so thick and wavy it doesn't make a difference how long it is most of the time because you can't see it straight. The only thing I wish about my hair (I think most girls have something they wish was different), is that it would grow longer and grow evenly. If you look at it right now you'd never know that I hadn't gotten it layered. ^I can't say I like that look very much.^ Thankfully it's so wavy you don't notice it much. :)

My hair is naturally slightly wavy (nothing like what it was when i was little!!! :P) but i straighten it often :)
