I took that test several months ago, but I've heard that online IQ tests aren't very accurate. I don't know if the "official" website makes any difference.

For what it's worth, when I took it I got 147.

I got 125 which is "above average". However, I do not think that IQ is a test of intelligence; it has been proven that you can improve your IQ by practicing some simple exercises… In other words, if you wanted to, you could probably get into Mensa even if you have just average intelligence :P

So… do you folks feel less intelligent now that you have taken a test that says you're "average"? Just wondering.
Like peeps have said, one's intelligence isn't determined by an IQ score received from an unaccredited website handing out 15 minute tests… Official IQ tests may take up to 2 hours.

No. Once you do it you enter your email. Then check your email and it should have a number. Then go to the second link he gave and find where your number lands.

I took two tests and got a 137 and a 132 respectively. I don't know what category its in cause they didn't tell me. :P

So, I took that second test posted, and got a 145, out of 170? anyways they only have one set of 20 questions,(at least for the age I put myself as being). so, I took it again and got a 168, (corrected the answer I got wrong on the first try). Same here. Like I told someone earlier, I read a comment somewhere that said that some websites let you score higher in order to help you feel better about yourself. xP

Lol, yeah, looking at the answers is going to help your performance. =P I believe most of the IQ tests also measure the amount of time it took you to get each answer, so that would certainly play a factor when you were going back through and answering a lot more quickly. ;)

Alright, I took the first test. First time I have been able to. It scored me at 132, while the second quiz gave me 139. 7 point difference wasn't as much as I had expected.

I'm not sure if it was very accurate, though, because it said I was Gifted. I would have guessed average. Well, I'm not complaining :), just don't think I'm that smart :).

I don't know about y'all, but I think algebra helped me a lot with it. I don't think I would have done so well a year or two ago.

So, from free-iqtest.net, I got 121, but I gave a different birthday and year. You know why.

I also took the one from IQTest.com, and got 108, I think. :)

How does that compare to average intelligence? I don't know the system very well. :P

It's in the gifted range. It goes (there are some below average but I don't remember what they are) average, above average, gifted, and genius.
