Maybe we should have a thread for the passing of laws (where the first three are edited by those in authority) and this one be for the suggesting and pending. that said. These all pass by me.

I don't want anyone using these in the SC rooms. There not fun, dangers, unfair, and highly uncontrollable. outlawing weapons like these could hardly be infringing on the right to bear arms since they can't be used for self defense with out endangering the Innocent.

Anyone can suggest a rule, but it need the approval of either the King, Court Grammarian, or a Chief Assassin (myself or Noah/Deadpool) ^Abigail is not a Chief^ before it can be used against a violator. (one of them should also edit it into the MV Rule Book but people have been abusing that thread).
