Please, someone, I need help on the web site

For some reason, I cannot add a single verse. A button pops up to add the entire verse, but there is nothing other than that. I'm getting frustrated. When I go to the feedback and try to type in my request for help, it does not recognize my email address or my password.

Leah - The Feedback requires your GetSatisfaction login, which is different from your Memverse login… perhaps that explains that part. If you could please use that for support, because I rarely check this forum, and we have a whole community of people over there that can help.

When you post over there, could you also clarify… you say there is a button to add the verse, but you can't add it…. I'm confused. Thanks.
