I find a lot of mine in the Sword Studies. :) This one is an old prayer called "The Valley of Vision". The first part is from the 2011 Sword Study, and the second part from the 2012 Sword Study. I liked it, and I thought somebody else might like it too. :)
"Lord, high and holy, meek and lowly, Thou hast brought me to the valley of vision, where I live in the depths but see Thee in the heights; hemmed in by mountains of sin I behold Thy glory. Let me learn by paradox that the way down is the way up, that to be low is to be high, that the broken heart is the healed heart, that the contrite spirit is the rejoicing spirit, that the repenting soul is the victorious soul, that to have nothing is to possess all, that to bear the cross is to wear the crown, that to give is to receive, that the valley is the place of vision. Lord, in the daytime stars can be seen from deepest wells, and the deeper the wells the brighter Thy stars shine. Let me find Thy light in my darkness, thy life in my death, Thy joy in my sorrow, Thy grace in my sin, Thy riches in my poverty, Thy glory in my valley.
Thy name is excellent, Thy glory high, Thy condescension wonderful, Thy mercy tender. I bless Thee for the discoveries, invitations, promises of the gospel for in them is pardon for rebels, liberty for captives, health for the sick, salvation for the lost. I come to Thee in Thy beloved name of Jesus; re-impress Thy image upon my soul ;raise me above the smiles and frowns of the world, regarding it as a light thing to be judged by men; may Thy word be my one rule. Make me to abhor that which grieves Thy holy Spirit, to shun a careless way of life, to be gentle and patient towards all men, to be not only a professor but an example of the gospel."
Random Narnian Warrior (Tarva/Abi)

Susan: "Pretend you're talking to me."
Edmund: "We ARE talking to you!"
Miraz: "Tell me, Prince Edmund–"
Edmund: "King."
Miraz: "I beg your pardon?"
Edmund: "It's KING Edmund, actually. … Just king, though; Peter's high king."
(akward silence)
Edmund: I know; It's confusing.

Here's my favorite quote from the Bible. I think it would work well for vows at a wedding:) maybe mine:) if I ever get married:)
"And Ruth said, Intreat me not to leave thee, or to return from following after thee: for whither thou goest, I will go; and where thou lodgest, I will lodge: thy people shall be my people, and thy God my God: Where thou diest, will I die, and there will I be buried: the LORD do so to me, and more also, if ought but death part thee and me." Ruth1:16-17
