The other day I was writing a letter and about half way through I realized I’d forgotten most of the punctuation!!! So I caught it before I sent the letter! :D

We're going to help out with a children's program at our church this evening. We are in charge of the recreation. :)

Well, it maybe part of the reason why I have such a hard time making my post in time to keep up with you all… (or maybe its because I have a baby in my arms half the time.)

LOL! :) Okay. Ohhhh…..babies!!!! They are SOOOOOOOOOOOOO adorable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just wish we had one…..my littlest sibling is 4!! :( I SOOOOOOOOOO like babies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

All I know is yesterday (or when ever it was we had that surgery…it seems like ages not) I had a really hard time understanding what was going on because I was always five posts behind you guys… :S

This is an article by Focus on the Family, about some recent innovations in technology. Scientists are planning on implanting chips into the brains of people with brain diseases, to help monitor and regulate them. That sounds good, but the article goes on. Google and Intel are both planning on brain implants, that will allow you to get an answer from the internet on anything you're not sure on. Now, as Christians, should we support this? Is it right? Should we allow ourselves to have chips inserted into our brains at all?

I’m getting ready to now… but from reading your description my thoughts went like this:
First thought: The mark of the beast…
Second thought: Don’t they put chips in animals…
Third thought: I get an uncomfortable feeling when I think of anything being “implanted” in me.

Tell you what I think in a bit. :)

I don’t like it. It sounds vary tempting to be as smart as the internet but very unpleasant too…. Also I can’t help but think of all the sin on the Internet already… and if you could access all that by just thinking.
It reminds me of a lot of things that I have heard my mom say the end times might be like. What do you think?

For people who have mental diseases, their kind of implant could help. But all of these sound like prepping people for mind control! Also, like you said, with all of the sin on the interwebs these days, I'd rather not have such a direct link. And, what about people in school? You could literally cheat your way to the top by Googling the answers to every question you're asked! I'm not so sure about it being like the "mark of the beast", but it does seem dangerous.

Yeah, the idea of the Mark came to me when I read “implant” and “chip” whenever I read those words in context with people that’s what I think of. I didn’t think of the cheating on test… that’s scary too. Do you read the World Magazines?

Edit: But what would be the point of a test if your already that smart…
