I miss our sauerkraut… and I had just put up gallons of pickles before we left!

Sauerkraut is amazing!!!!!! We just made two gallons of it. I really like that stuff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It get's even better then that some of the people in the house don't really eat it very much, so it's all the more for the rest of us:)

Yesterday was our first day off our lemonade fast, and everyone else ate chili and sauerkraut… At least I got kombucha!

I'm afraid I've only ever had kombucha once, so the taste hasn't grown on me enough for me to really like it. :-(

Oh, then you are missing out! You need to learn how to make it! I'm planning on making mega-batches when we get home.

I lost two teeth recently, and I like to save my teeth. Just for fun.
So mom gave me a baby food jar to put them in. I liked to shake the jar because it made a jingling sound. (I know, it sounds dumb, it IS dumb, but whatever.) Once when I stopped shaking the jar, I noticed that it looked like 3 teeth were in there! I looked closer and realized that one tooth had broken in half! LOL!

@ Sam: Did your parents do the tooth fairy?
We don't, but one time, just to prove the tooth fairy doesn't exist, Joseph put his tooth under his pillow, and in the morning, to trick him, Mom put a dollar under it! :) He didn't fall for it. Once, I think, I did that too, but nobody knew about it and the tooth fell down the crack. :P

Joseph, Elisabeth and I made a snow-fort and had a battle with pretend enemies with snowballs. We won, of course. :)
