Yup! Except that the tune is obnoxiously annoying once you've heard it a "gazillion" times. :P :P

God's patience. Most definitely. As I see more and more how patient God was with Jonah in his disobedience, stubbornness, and rebellion (if you will), I then am convicted and amazed as I look at my own life and see just how patient the Lord is with me. I fail so often in the exact same areas, and often feel so weak and vulnerable, and yet He is slow to anger, abundant in mercy and lovingkindness. And that just blows me away…

I know!!! It blows me away too… He is so, so, so good. For me, probably the biggest thing I learned was when they were talking about sacrifices believers today offer to God, sacrifices of joy and thanksgiving and praise… because I never really thought about it in those terms before and it just made so much sense and was so amazing.

Well, same here...I just can barely keep my eyes open presently. Bethany P. told me she heard that if you fall asleep in less than 5 minutes at night, you are very exhausted - and that is how it works with me most nights. :P :|

I must not be very exhausted then, because if I forget to take my melatonin, it can take me up to five hours to fall asleep. Five minutes is no problem at 8:00 in the morning, though. :-)
