Dad, Caleb and I tried to pull a stump out of the front yard this morning… it's gonna take more than just a day. I don't know if we're going to see fireworks tonight or not…

Sorry. Fireworks are fun. To watch. It'd be more fun to make 'em, I think.

Our neighbors have done them and one year, we were in their backyard when they did them. We got to shoot off Roman candles. They did big fireworks, too; and there was one instance in which "HIT THE DIRT" was heard all around!

Heh. Sounds fun. Making stuff go boom is always a good way to spend your time. :)

BTW…we might have some extra peeps at the BB picnic tomorrow…

Not really anything for the 4th, but we did buy small fireworks so may shoot some off tonight =) Tomorrow, though, we're going on a picnic in the mountains with two or three other families :) And you?

Oh, that sounds fun, not to mention the food yummy =) One time we went to the mountains on the fourth, and it was dark as we drove home. On our way down the mountain we could see big fireworks off in the distance; we pulled over to watch. It was so neat!
