Dinner time… If Stefani comes on, would you tell her that I'm soooooo sad I missed her :( :( :( ?

it went something like this.

Me: “Hey! What is L-O-L anyway?”
Friend: “It’s the texting abbreviation for Laugh Out Loud.”
Me: “Well, I never text so I wouldn't know.”
Friend: “Good! Then Bible has stuff to say against texting.”
Me: “Like what?”
Friend: “Walk in wisdom toward those who are outside, redeeming the time.” (Colo. 3:5)
Me: “Hmm. How do you get that texting is wrong out of that passage?”
Friend: “Texting is a waste of time…”
Me: “What about emailing?” (something we did a lot of in those days)
Friend: “That’s different…”
Me: “Well, I still don’t see texting in that verse and don’t know how you interpret it that way.”
Friend: “I don’t need to interpret the Bible. I believe what it says.”
Me (weakly): “So do I. But I don’t see how…..”
Friend: “I’m telling you what the Bible says!”

Haha! Ouch. :P

Thank you to anyone who prayed for the production my family was involved in tonight! It went wonderfully, and the technicalities worked out super smoothly. Praise the Lord!! :D Yup, I've got to get to sleep now and wake up early for my audtion tomorrow. yawns 'Night y'all!
