No they didn't. They did have this weird, annoying music during the finals questions though.

The endless modulation up keys? I heard that. I think it was worse than last year's, which I was not sure was possible.

Just listened to "Cherish the Moment" for the first time.

I don't believe there were. They did have Alumni volunteers though, and I'm sure that one of them had been my oral judge a few years ago.
Nope, they just kind of arranged us as we went up on stage, which was…interesting. But I suppose it worked! Beside, we were standing on the stairs to the stage, so it was easier to see over people.
Yes, except it wasn't exactly the same as last year. All the parents and audience stayed in the room the whole time, then they brought in the contestants one at a time and when you were done you went and sat with your family, and the next contestant would come in. We all got the same passages. And I was the last one in my room.
It seems that they did…but I can't think of anything specific at the moment.
