I'm nearly in tears just about every day. It doesn't help that no one will listen to my verses. But I think I've gotten it somewhat under control finally.

You can record your verses on an iPod or MP3 player. If you listen to them and say them in your head slightly faster than the tape, you could literally test yourself.
