sighs dismally It hardly even seems worthwhile starting this, and yet here I am, saying Welcome to October!!!
Piece of Peace
I think in January we should just make one for the whole year… x/
Joy Robb
I agree. That is a good idea.
Random Narnian Warrior (Tarva/Abi)
LOL That would be sad but probably more efficient. I just subscribed to the notifications for this thread though. That helped last time.
Eirene
Aww, do we really have to take it quite that far yet? one thread for a whole year just sounds so…desperate…and miserable… we could just do half the year… XP XP
Eirene
What are y'all doing this fall?
Piece of Peace
It does seem desperate. But desperate times call for desperate measures. xD
Learning and teaching ballroom and square dance. And working on culinary skills.
Eirene
I suppose they do… x( xP xD
Cool! I like square dancing (not saying I'm very good at it). Ahh when I hear culinary I prick up my ears XD So working on culinary skills in general like anything and everything, or something specific?
I'm doing school and Bible Bee and coaching volleyball.
Piece of Peace
I think I qualify as being good at dancing. Mostly working on full meals and food presentation and healthiness and creativity.
Eirene
Neat =)

Nice! I've heard a little bit about NaNoWriMo…never done it before. It sounds fun though! :)
Eirene
Today and tomorrow I'm making a cake for my grandmother's 70th birthday party :D The last cakes are in the oven right now… doing my best to go simple 'cause I don't have a lot of time… not sure exactly how it's going to turn out yet, but I have a basic idea anyways. xD xP
Eirene
Ahhhh we're doing so good!!! XP We've got almost 3 posts a day! XD XP
Piece of Peace
Square dancing is pretty easy. Ballroom is the tricky one.
I haven't made a cake in a long time. I guess that's what happens when we don't really celebrate birthdays that much

No! That is just the best comment I have ever heard!
Do you prefer OT or NT? I prefer NT for memorizing and OT for my favourite.
Random Narnian Warrior (Tarva/Abi)
Ballroom dancing looks so fluid, I don't think I could manage it. X'-D
Piece of Peace
It just takes practice. Anyone could do it.
Random Narnian Warrior (Tarva/Abi)
LOL Maybe. X'-D As long as there's not too much dyspraxia in the picture.
Piece of Peace
That might make learning it a little harder. But not impossible.
Sarah B.
I am getting married on Saturday!
Piece of Peace
Congratulations!!!
Random Narnian Warrior (Tarva/Abi)
Oh my word, wow!
Eirene
I said congrats in another thread already, but there can't be too many congratulations!!!!!!!!! :D plus it will add another comment to this thread…X'P

I'm not really sure…some parts of the NT are harder to memorize, but the same goes for OT. As for reading…I never can pick favorites…XP

So, are we allowed to randomly talk about stuff here or what? (Sorry if that sounded weird. I'm not always the best at making the "perfect post".)
Random Narnian Warrior (Tarva/Abi)
Yep! Just talk about whatever.
Waky_Zaky
Do you have any suggestions?
Random Narnian Warrior (Tarva/Abi)
Who?
Waky_Zaky
You.
Random Narnian Warrior (Tarva/Abi)
Oh. Not in particular, but could probably think of something……how about: is anyone doing NaNoWriMo this November?
Waky_Zaky
What's that?
Random Narnian Warrior (Tarva/Abi)
Where you try to write a 50,000 word long story in a month.
Joy Robb
I was going to do NaNoWriMo
Random Narnian Warrior (Tarva/Abi)
"Was"?
BibleBeeGal
I never knew about that, but I like writing simpler stories.
Random Narnian Warrior (Tarva/Abi)
Ahhh, okay, gotcha. :-)
Joy Robb
I write and then halfway through, run out of ideas
Random Narnian Warrior (Tarva/Abi)
LOL That's how I am a lot of the time too.
Joy Robb
I have several stories, okay, most of them, that are years old and not finished…
Eirene
Happy November!?!?!
Random Narnian Warrior (Tarva/Abi)
I have a lot of unfinished stories too, definitely.
@Eirene And a happy November to you too!
BibleBeeGal

Same.
Random Narnian Warrior (Tarva/Abi)
So has anyone gotten snow yet?
Piece of Peace
No… =/
Random Narnian Warrior (Tarva/Abi)
Same. Apparently it's been snowing a lot where I used to live, but so far none here.
Piece of Peace
A friend who lives in Missouri sent me a picture of snow. I think he was flaunting it in front of me. It's been unseasonably cold though.
Random Narnian Warrior (Tarva/Abi)
My friend got to leave work early one day because of the snow. Here it's just rain and dust and those aren't enough to cancel work or anything over…
BibleBeeGal
we got snow its all melting now tho….
Eirene
What you mean, yet? xP jk The last time we got snow was 'the great snow of 2017' which I happened to miss by being in Oregon at the time, where it did not snow. And I quote "So let's all think back to Dec. 7, 2017, the day a record-breaking snowfall blanketed much of South Texas. San Antonio received 1-3 inches of snow, ranking it second to the 1985 snowstorm. Even Corpus Christi was blanketed with snow!" www.ksat.com/weather/2018/06/07/remember-when-it-snowed-in-san-antonio-that-was-already-6-months-ago/
