We attend the Bible Bee, a local string camp, and the Students Statesmanship Institute (ssi-online.org). The latter camp is basically a leadership camp right here in Michigan, focusing specifically on biblical worldviews and the way our country works. It's a blast, and you really have to be there to know what I'm talking about.

I'll be going to my first summer camp this year. It's called iGovern, run by Generation Joshua (which is a division of the Home School Legal Defense Association).

Basically, iGovern has a mock legislature and presidential campaign, as well as leadership classes, chapel times, and more.

If you're going to iGovern as well, let me know! It would be great to meet some of you there. I'm going to iGovern East in Washington, DC.

For the iGovern camps though I believe it is 17 for iGovern East and 18 for iGovern West. Not positive though.

Horse-flys being the worst part, and mosquitos the second worst. I don't know what I liked best. It was fun, and I got to work, and we got to fly there. Swimming in the Yukon was fun, and real cold. We had salmon eggs, and salmon heads for lunch yesterday. yum, I heard that they got to have the rest of the salmon (the fillets, or steaks or meat..) for dinner.

Actually when I went to summer camp, we had the best food ever! There were burgers, hot dogs, tacos, chili, Chinese, etc. Even when the power went out last year we still had pizza for lunch.

Hey guys, I just came back from Worldview Academy, and it was awesome! Here's a video of what we did there, and what it is all about. Enjoy!

BTW, the video ends at about 7 minutes 11 seconds, not 9 minutes 17 seconds like it says. Oh, I almost forgot! Can you spot me? :D

Franklin, PA. It's in the northern part of the state. After going to Worldview I was torn between going back to it or to the other camp that I'm going to next year. I have some friends up at the other camp that won't be there in two years however because they are a year older than me. Everyone I made friends with at Worldview was 16. Also I would highly recommend Worldview to anyone who would like to strengthen their's.
