First, that's a MEME, not a GIF. Second, the person who made the MEME can't spell "that's". Looks like "thab's" to me. :P

If you do a little work, (terrible gasp) and use some investigative skill to look to the previous frames of the picture, you should be able notice that the font used for the captions, has a pronounced upwards curve on the lower-case letter 't' thus making the illusion to those unaccustomed to using their optical optimization devices provided to them by their ophthalmologist, or those attempting to read from screens of too archaic or too diminutive a nature to have the necessary resolution for proper viewing of the Meme, which according to the rules appears in a low density format, as a courtesy to those lacking high bandwidth connections.
