Man, now I feel like I'm going to be doing something horrible every time I see my shadow. XD

Lol, if there weren't an evolutionary mindset behind this, it'd be profound. xP But still, it's cool to think about the fact that, in Heaven, we're probably going to experience something like that – senses we would never have even imagined. And maybe then we'll be able to get a glimpse of what things on Earth were really like, through Heaven's eyes, so to speak.

I don't follow what you mean by an evolutionary mindset, but yeah, something like bats using sonar, is pretty cool. People never imagined that for a long time probably.

The evolutionary mindset is very subtle. Basically, the idea is, "What if there's a whole new organ we could evolve someday that would open us up to a whole new world within our own that we never knew about before?" Because, it's assumed, we evolved eyes, and before eyes came around, we never knew there was color. Utilizing a biblical worldview, however, I don't think this "What if" is important. God designed us with all of the organs we needed to sense all of the things about our world that He intended for us to sense. I think we'd all agree that there's a spiritual dimension that we can't now perceive that we will be able to perceive someday. So yeah, another dimension exists and someday we'll have a means of perceiving it. But it's not something God desires for us, so it's not something to speculate about.

Honestly, though, I don't take issue with the question at all. It's cool to think about. But the way that it was asked does come from a Godless worldview.

Yes, that's me, too, Rachel, all the time. =P Especially when I work with the people that I do. Sometimes you want to just laugh to acknowledge that you got the joke and understand the attempt at humor, even though your conscience knows that the subject matter was inappropriate. But you know it would send a bad message, so you try really hard not to.

Exactly!! :P Also if someone does something that looked really funny, although to them it wasn't funny…that's hard XD

Oh, yes! facepalm I've improved :), but I still want to laugh when people do something funny, even though they didn't mean to be funny :). Sometimes I have to bite my lip so hard to keep from laughing out loud.

It's this funny, really old skit called "Who's on first?" You should Youtube it. :)
