Greetings!

My name is Bethany.

I'm a huge fan of music. My favorite bands are twenty one pilots and Switchfoot, but there's a ton of other bands I love too. Yay music is cool.

I also waste wayyy too much time on Youtube.

I did Bible Bee for 4 years. I never made it to Nationals, but I've been twice with my sister.

I'm planning on studying psychology in college in a few years. It's an interesting field and I really want to help others.

Hi Bethany! I'm going to be taking some dance classes/lessons this summer and hopefully into the fall, and am very excited about it! I'll be focusing mostly on ballet with some tap, and then get more into jazz once I have a bit more experience. Musical Theatre is mostly similar to jazz, but I want to have a solid ballet foundation first.

Oh, and you should listen to this piece…it's my temporary favorite men's choir piece. :) If you can't get on youtube then it's on Spotify - BYU Nearer My God To Thee.

I would love to see this "best experience of your life" sometime! Really, really would! I love the book of James! It's one of my favorites! Memorizing books of the Bible always seemed to make them more special to me! I remember my mom telling me about a girl who memorized the whole Bible before her 30th birthday! :) Love listening to music too!!! :) What are some of your favorite songs right now?

Neat!!! I remember my grandmother saying she was interested in what your group is doing. I think maybe if I talk to her she might be interested in taking me. We'll see! When is it again? On your birthday!? Wow! How fun! :D

That's a really great goal! I memorized 1 and 2 Peter a few years ago. Almost seems like yesterday! :) What style of memorizing do you use?

I listen to strange mixes all the time! :D There are a lot of songs that I just hear and like but never know what genre they are from. Just good music to me! :) It's easier to name the genres I don't care for: rock, medal, hip-hop, and contemporary Christian…. :) But if you ever share a song with me (no matter what the genre) I will listen to it, and it might just twik my options. ;)

Oh - totally fine! I understand hectic. :) Lifes more fun that way, right?

Bethany, nice to hear of your desire to get back on Memverse. I am hoping and praying this Forum can one day be more active than ever before. I don't know most of the music people you mentioned. I am curious if you have found any Scripture songs you like.
