My name is Elizabeth, a college student with a passion for the Supremacy of God, and a desire for His renown in all the world.

I was dead and now I'm alive. I was a stack of dry bones, but God has breathed new life into me. He has given me his ruach (roo-ah).

I have finally fully understood that "because the gospel is the most pressing need in people's lives, the gospel informs the fundamental purpose of our lives. We who know the gospel have been given the greatest gift in all the world. We have good news of a glorious God who has come to deliver men, women, and children from all sin and all suffering for all time. Therefore, we cannot - we must not - stay silent with this gospel. Gospel possession requires gospel proclamation." (David Platt)

Now, I am constantly giving Him His breath back through worship. I have a deep appreciation for good music, and when people ask who my favorite artist is, my answer is always the same. "Chris Tomlin." Hands down, Chris is my absolute favorite! His music reflects the greatness of our God. That's the kind of music I love - music that lifts high the Name of Jesus.

In case you haven't already noticed, I have a slight obsession with the color blue.
I also have this obsession with David Platt, Louie Giglio, and Chris Tomlin. :P Wonderful teaching and amazing music right there. So convicting. I'm excited to be able to attend Passion 2016 in January! glares at calendar

The oldest of nine (and you thought Captain with seven children was a lot!), I am at home most of the time, studying, helping around the house, and tutoring a couple siblings in various subjects.
When I'm not doing that, you could most-likely find me working at my town's only exclusive tea house (which is actually a ministry), outside taking pictures, engrossed in a book, blogging, or playing with my siblings.

I am always sipping tea, as coffee's not really my thing.

Fun! I've participated 3 years, the time has gone by SO fast! Where did you place last year? I was 209…sadly I didn't finish the test. :(

I actually wasn't able to compete, due to some other engagement… :(
But my family did do the Sword Study's and the memorization.

Indeed, I regret to announce that this is the end. I'm leaving (Memverse Social Chat) now. Not permanently, of course!!!!! My family is moving to a different location, and we have a lot of work to do. I may be on every once in a while, though.

Oh, I remember midterm exams…they called it "The Midterm from Mordor." For very obvious reasons! :P

Sarah's right, I won't be able to make it. If it was the previous week I probably would have, since there was an event in DC that I could have combined with it, but unfortunately it would take to much time out of college, not to mention the cost. :( Maybe next year…I really want to go.
