Hi, my real name is Allison, and I'm a fourteen year old young lady. I would like to share a few things about myself.

I have four younger sisters, whom I adore.
I am currently raising 41 chickens, including 7 cute little bantams (miniature chicks). My family also owns a dog, (not my favorite thing in the world), 3 adult cats, and 6 little kittens, the latter of which are super cute!
I live in Michigan, on 5 acres. I am really thankful for our land, and love to play outside there.
In our basement, we have something very special, for which we are very thankful to God –a sort of mini library. It contains a lot of books, which we collected over the years by going to library sales. I daily thank God for the blessing of having many books at my fingertips.
I, if you haven't already noticed (: love to read. One of my favorite authors is Horatio Alger Jr. He wrote numerous books on boys who went from rags to riches, and met with many exciting adventures and mishaps on the way. They're a lot of fun! Some of my favorite books are "The Good Master" and "The Singing Tree" by Kate Seredy. I highly recommend them.
I attend church at Hope Community Church in Ypsilanti. I really enjoy this church; it has blessed my life extremely.
My favorite thing about the summer, is the Bible Bee. This will be my third year participating in the Bible Bee, and I will be competing as a senior. I have not been to nationals, which I accept as the will of God, but I would love to go, and am attempting to make it, but as God knows my whole life blue-print, I'll trust He knows whether I should go or not. I have loved memorizing God's word through the Bible Bee, and studying, in depth, a book of the Bible. I can't wait till the Bible Bee begins, on Saturday. I help two of my younger sisters with their Sword Study and memorization, which blesses me, even more than it helps them.
I love to work with my hands, crocheting, knitting, and the like. I have completed three queen size blankets, and many smaller projects. As much as I love that type of handiwork, I do not enjoy sewing. I think I don't like it because you have to be in one place, unlike crocheting, where you can take it wherever you go, and because pinning is quite tedious.
So now you know a little more about me, but I haven't told you the most important thing ever. I am a child of the King, a magnificent creation of His, yet I am a sinner, the chief of sinners. Fortunately, I have been saved by a great Savior. Though I am sinful, and don't do my job as I should, I have dedicated my life to serving Him: I have become an imperfect, Servant Of The King.

I mostly listen to hymns. Not because I think other music is bad, just because I really love hymns. I really enjoy singing too! What about you?

Welcome to memverse Allison! :) (I hope u don't mind me useing ur real name. :) ) uh, lol just warning u Sam is a little loopy lol JK :) that's actually not entirely true but I figured I'd better warn u some how! :) lol JK :) i have friends that have all girl siblings and they really aren't sure how to deal with boys sometimes LOL JK. :P :) however, I would have NO idea what that's like growing up with 3 brothers. :) when do u turn 15 if I u don't mind shareing that? :)
As for me I love singing too! :) I started voice lessons about a month or 2 ago. :) do u take lessons? :) ( and I'm sure u can tell by this post I like to joke around a lot. ;P :) lol)

Hey Danielle! No, I don't mind if you call me Allison, it's what everyone else, at home, calls me! :) I don't think not knowing how to deal with boys is a extreme problem with our family. We're around boys a lot, and know how crazy they can get. :) My Birthday is August 1st. When is yours? No, I do not take voice lessons, though I would like to, I simply sing. What kind of things do you like to sing? I like to sing hymns, mostly. Also a little bit of southern gospel (Gaither vocal band), and don't laugh. ;) So just what is your picture supposed to be?

I have a (girl) friend who has seven or eight (I can't remember at the moment, 'cause there's so many) brothers. She can hold her own in anything her brothers do against her. :) Their family is a lot of fun to be around.
