Bright Lights

I would like to meet you all who are part of a Bright Lights group

How do you join Bright Lights? Can you give me some more info about it? I'd love to do it ….our closest group is and hour away.

Bright Lights is a ministry of Sarah Mally. There are many "groups" around the nation that use the Bright Lights material and the leaders have gone through the leadership training. (I am one leader in Central Iowa) The website www.brightlights.info has a ton of information about groups and the conferences that are being held. You can contact Sarah from that website and she could tell you if there is a group close to you or not. Also, you can just buy the notebook and go through the material with your mom separately. Or (I am not sure how old you are) you could start your own group in your area.

Thanks Marie :) I am 14. I have the Mally's Book about Brothers and Sisters, and have been to the BL's website. I would love to join BL, but want to know more about it.

Well, you already know, but, I am in a BL group in OH. My leader is Miss Danielle Sobie (I actually referred her to Memverse!). We just started set 2 of the Bright Lights notebook, and so far, it has been such a blessing and encouragement! I have grown in my walk with God, and my spiritual life has been strengthened. I am so thankful to the Lord for answering my prayer awhile ago by starting a group near me.

@Rachel- I wish there were a group near you. That is something I will start praying for.

Are any of you going to be attending any of the conferences this year? There will be conferences in Kansas, Texas, Iowa, and Alaska this year. I will be a leader at the Iowa conferences. Www.brightlights.info

It would be really nice if I could, but since we have already been to one, and it would be so far away, I know we won't be able to. But I'm very thankful that I was able to attend one of them.

I would love to go to one, but they are all to far away. :(

I just found out a couple weeks ago that my group will be going to the nursing home that my leader (Danielle Sobie) works at on August 11th to have a program. Each of us girls will get to play an instrument, recite a poem, or recite a Bible passage. I'm so excited! I am hoping to play a couple of songs on the piano.

Is there anyone else out there who is a part of a Bright Lights group? (I know there are some more of you :) )
