John 13-17

I know a whole bunch of Bible-Bee-ers and alumni are planning on studying at least John 13-17 over the next few months, and I thought it would be good to have a thread for all those planning on memorizing the chapters as we study. I'm doing this with the alumni group, so the official time span is January 5th through February 28th. However, even if you're not memorizing in that amount of time, please post if you're doing this challenge. I'll add names to this first post (if your memverse user name is not the name you want added, you might want to post your real name too, since I can't guarantee I know who everyone is), so we can easily keep track of each other. So, post if you're doing it, update us as you go, and especially post when you finish the challenge, so we can see the progress!

I am not part of a certain challenge, but I am memorizing John 13-21. I finished chapter seventeen a couple days ago, but I've decided to wait on starting chapter eighteen for two weeks because of some stuff that we've got going on :).

The fact that they're different groups? I don't know…I've just seen a group on here talking about studying it, and I know there's a group of alumni planning to start memorizing it, and I figured there would be some overlap.

This thread is for those planning to actually memorize the passage, to help (me at least) stay on schedule.

The alumni group, I believe, is led by Brittany S, and they memorize a passage in the off season every year. The regular study group is Denver B's/Joshua S's.

I'm studying John 13-21 with Joshua S's group and memorizing John 13-17 with the alumni group. I don't know if I'll finish in the allotted time, but I almost have John 13 down. :) Keep up the good work Sarah, Anna, and anyone else working on this amazing passage of Scripture!

I wish I could do this, but I'm tired of 'studying' per se. I'm doing my own thing this year. :)
