For those of you who don't know, YOLO means You Only Live Once.

Is there anything wrong with YOLOing things?
Is it wrong to enjoy your life?
What should we not waste our time on? Is this list different for different people?
Why is it so easy for Christians to think we shouldn't have fun?

Depends on how it's being used, if is just to excuse inappropriate behavior then… No. but your behavior is bad whether or not you yolo it. On the other hand, if you did something note worthy (like idk be in the top five Call of Duty Players on the West Coast) then yeah why not brag about it? But as some one a really long time ago said; "it dose not take keen sight to spot a mountain" (it was either Sun-zu or George Silver). Those posts and comments that act like it dose get kinda old.
Personally i think we should start saying "YODO" and see if what we're doing still sounds like a good idea.

What is a waste of time is vary different for different contexts. If you working at a Bike shop, you want the bikes to have no scratches and be in near pristine condition; but if your working at Walmart where bikes will get piled 6 high in a shopping carts and wheeled out to the sales floor… pristine condition is a wast of time.

Who would want to have fun when you could be doing more homework??? :P

Or perhaps YOLT, you only live twice, since we have new life in Christ (although that's only true for Christians).

Right, but eternal punishment referred to as spiritual death in the Bible, so I wasn't sure if that should count.
