2015 Nationals Location!

I'm surprised they haven't had it in Ohio before.

You know, someone could just ask Head Quarters if the Bible Bee Nationals is indeed going to be in Wilmington Ohio next year. It is under "Location" on the "Nationals" page of the website, so it would be a reasonable question.

Just came on here quickly to say that Bible Bee may have (inadvertently) released dates for Nationals 2015.

On this page of Bible Bee's website, it shows all the contestants who qualified (and registered) for Nationals throughout Bible Bee's history. Click on the drop-down box to the right labeled, "View previous years", and select "2015". Scroll down. It says this year's finalists will be announced on October 31, 2014, after this year's semi-finalists are announced on October 30, 2014. The noteworthy thing about these dates is that they are in the past. Has Bible Bee invented some sort of time manipulation device, whereby they could announce 2015 finalists in 2014? Is it even possible?

Good observation! I noticed though that October 30, 2015 is a Friday. The Semi-Finalists are traditionally announced on Thursday and the Finalists on Friday, unless they are changing the contest format again… which I'm not denying is possible… xP

I'm thinking it's more likely though that those are just left over from last year and they forgot to change it. :P

Good question… I think they just listed all the finalists. I can tell you the 1st-3rd place winners though, if anyone doesn't know:

Okay, so now if you go under the Nationals Tab, and click to see 2015's National competitors, it says "To Be Announced at the National Competition".

So if I'm reading this right, it basically means that you have to be at Nationals just in case you qualified for Nationals. :P

Haha! That's what I thought too at first, but then I realized it was only for the Semi-Finalists and Finalists. xP

I meant, that's when they'll announce the Semi finalists and finalists. xP They don't have last years dates up like the did. I should have been more clear, sorry. :P

But, that would be an awesome excuse to get my dad to take me to Nationals. xD

Oh, and the reason they haven't announced where Nats is this year is, well, because they haven't chosen a location for it yet. :P That's what the BB person I chatted with yesterday said.
