Hmm. Let's see, there was actually quite a few if i remember correctly. I remember that Wisdom Booklet 12 had a list of the emperors, I'll go see if I can find it goes to find WB12 Okay, I'm back. During John's life, there were Augustus, Tiberius, Caligula, Claudius, Nero, Galba, Otho, Vitellus, Vespasian, Titus, Domitian, Nerva, and Trajan. So, in short, quite a few emperors ruled during John's life. :)

Yes, actually, in 2 Corinthians 5:14-15, NKJV, it says 'that those who live should no longer live for themselves', but on the card it says 'that those who live should live no longer for themselves'. :P

QUESTION: please, can someone tell me if on the Senior written test, they ask questions like: " what verse in 1 Jn talks about how Cain slew Abel?" I'm getting a bit concerned about that!

I am Not senior but in the junior written test they have questions just like that :(….they are really good to study!!!

It may. However if so, it is unlikely that the options would be

1 John 3:11
1 John 3:12
1 John 3:13
1 John 3:14
-which would require you to remember the exact verse
more likely, it would be

1 John 1:9
1 John 2:5
1 John 3:12
1 John 4:10

So, if you know some of those from memorizing, or if you remember what chapter it is in, you would be likely to get it right. Process of elimination is very important.

I know the ones in the Jr test were like that…where you didn't have to have the verse memorized book by book, but have a good idea of where everything was. I'm a little nervous this year though, sense 1 John repeats things a lot! :-/ :)

I got 83 percent (174 out of 200) on the Junior practice test.

I got 184 out of 200. So, 92 percent.

Did you go to nationals last year Sarah?

I took the Senior test this AM, and I got 90% - 180/200!!! :) I'm pretty happy about that :D

I took the Senior test last night and got 187 out of 200! :O Though, I did make several of the questions. (I actually missed one that I made. :P) My total score for the full mock Bible Bee last night was 860! I'm pretty happy about that, too! :D

Hey Matthew - what do you think - how much Harder is the Locals test than the PT?

I just finished taking the Primary test, and got 190/200. What percent is that? 95%? I'm tired….

@Matthew – What? Oh dear….I have a feeling you're going to beat me again at Locals! goes off and studies really hard JK….I haven't taken the senior test yet, so we'll see how I do :)

I just took the primary test and got 194/200. For some reason I forgot one of my memory verses today.

I think that is how it will be. In 2011 the contestants went from Z - A and in 2012 it went from A - Z.

Either way I'm in the middle. :)
