You don't like nuts?
biblebee
Not really.

I was told several months ago that when I was little, I went three days straight without eating because I refused to eat it - talk about stubborn!
Oh, that happens to all little ones…on a large scale. I think the worst I have witnessed is a day. We don't let them eat anything else until they eat their last meal. (Or until Mama softens. :)

I'm Rachel :) I was wondering if I could kind of do a guest post with you on my blog (http://jewelsofjesus.blogspot.com/) and use the article you wrote that was published in KBR. Just let me know! :)
Let's see. It's posted on our family's blog (www.righttome.com) - could you copy it from there? I don't know if you want the picture or not.

I almost always forget to butter the pans before I bake. :P
I used to burn rice all the time… but now I got it down and I don't even have to set a timer. :)
Courtney M.
I do that sometimes, but I usually remember when I can fix it and before any harm is done. :P
So did I…makes me even more grateful for our rice cooker which does it on it's own. :P
BTW, how's your mom's pregnancy going?
Sarah B.
Ah, it would take three rice cookers to cook enough rice for my family. :)
Pretty well. She's got a lot of morning sickness and it's hard for her since I'm not home to cook and watch the children… but my sister is there so that's good. :)

So it's alright if I do use it? :) I'll give all the credit to you, of course. Would you want me to have a bio of you or anything? :)
Courtney M.
Usually it would for ours too, but we got a really large one from…I don't know where. Probably Costco. ;P
That's good. :) It's always hard for my mom when my sister or I aren't there too. But I think it usually gets easier for her later in the pregnancy. I forgot - how many kids are in your family? My mom is pregnant with the 10th right now. :D
Courtney M.
Yes, that's fine! Go ahead! I'm happy to have it shared with anyone else. ;) Umm, if you want to, that would be good. Would the one in KBR work? I like that one. :P :)
2 Corinthians 5:17
Alright, will do! :) Do you have a picture or something I could put with it?
Dance4Him
everything from costco is big! LOL
Sarah B.
Oh, a really big one sounds nice! We do at least 4 cups of rice a day…
Yeah. Ten is a good number! My mom is pregnant with 11 now. :)
Courtney M.
I do, but I can only get it to you over email.
Courtney M.
everything from costco is big! LOL
Sure is. :)
Courtney M.
A day? Your family must really like rice! Whenever I cook rice, I cook 4 cups, but the cooker will hold at least twice that much, I believe.
It sure is. :) Wow, that's great! Are you #1? I'm #2. :)
2 Corinthians 5:17
If you go to the blog, you can click on "Contact Us". The email will go to our blog email, but I can pick it up from there :)
Courtney M.
OK, will do. :) I have to ask Daddy to approve the blog first, but that will be done ASAP. ;)
2 Corinthians 5:17
Okay =) My day to post is Monday, so no rush :) If I have it all together then I'll post it,
BTW, I commented on your IY page :)

I like nuts… Well, to an extent. But I do like them. What is this, the second difference between us that we've found? xP
2 Corinthians 5:17
What's the first one? :P
SavedByGrace
I don't even remember. xP

Last night I had a cooking calamity (ever since you said that, Emily, I've been thinking of this topic as "Cooking Calormenes" :P), though I had made the best batch of ice-cream-in-the-VitaMix ever. I put it in a precarious place in the freezer, thinking it was stable enough, and when I opened it to put the last one in, PLOP! All it out came onto the floor! I was so sad…that was the best tasting ice cream ever. Then Melody came and said, "Courtney, I know you spilled the ice cream, but, I still love you!" XD
Courtney M.
OK, done!
Thanks. :) I would never have seen that. :P

To an extent I like them as well…just not in my food.
Haha! Yeah :-) Do you like peacan pie? Do you like pumpkin pie?
Caleb
I hope you like nuts. Because you have to put up with lots of them on the forums here :D

Do you use white or brown rice?

Sorry it took me so long to reply to your post. Yes, we do eat a lot of rice… but mostly because some of us can't eat other grains. Hmm, well, maybe I'll ask for a rice cooker for my birthday then. Thanks for telling me about it! :D
I am #1. I have a sister who is about your age… she is #3. :)
@Yanko- Thanks for reminding me to get back to this topic… ;)

Sarah B.
Um, to busy…. XD
biblebee
raised eyebrows Yet, you have time to be on here? :P JK!
Sarah B.
IKR! I don't think I would be on here much if it weren't for the fact that this place is to quiet with out my siblings. ^Yeah, I'm horribly homesick now. :P^
biblebee
Awww…I'm sorry :-(
Sarah B.

biblebee

Sarah B.

biblebee
Awww… :-)
Yeah, that's good :-)
Courtney M.
We used to use brown all the time, but we've been using white jasmine rice a whole lot lately. I love the professional way the cooker cooks it. :)

That's OK, I've done that before. :) Ah… :D It is really nice - I cooked some for breakfast this morning, and I saw that it can go up to almost 8 cups.
Oh, alright. You know, it's funny, I've noticed that most of my good friends are older than me. :P

Hi Courtney! I got your email the other day, and responded to it on our email :)
Sarah B.
And it's really funny because most of my really good friends happen to be younger then me. ;)
Courtney M.
Haha! ;) It's funny how that works out sometimes.
Courtney M.
Hi Courtney! I got your email the other day, and responded to it on _our_ email :)
OK, thanks! Daddy'll approve me to get emails from your email address, and then I'll get it. :)
2 Corinthians 5:17
Okay, sounds good =)
