"or just eat it cold" mmmm…cold pizza? :D I know, I'm used to it now too, but I always feel kind of stupid when I go to someone's house, and they ask me to do something in their dreadful killer…and I don't know how to use it!!! LOL :P
LOL- "dreadful killers" - I like that!!

Annalysa- We have a microwave, but it hasn't worked in years, so we just use it to store pots and pans in. If it did work, we probably wouldn't use it anyway, for the same reasons you don't use yours.

Hmm… kitchen mess-ups. I guess there was the one bread disaster. I was put in charge of baking our bread for the week, but I couldn't get to it until half an hour before we had to leave for two hours of appointments. So, I mixed up the bread dough, and let it rise while we were gone. No problem, right? Well, there was a problem. We got home late in the afternoon, and the bread hadn't risen at all. It turns out I forgot to add the yeast. Oops. We tried stirring in the yeast, but with little success. Thankfully, we were able to get some bread at the store. :-)

Copied and pasted from Annalysa's comment: "Did you know that every 7 seconds the microwave runs, it takes nutrients out of your food?"

I can't imagine how eating food that's full of nutrient-obliterating electric waves can possibly be good for you. :-)

Dark chocolate is actually good for your heart! At least, that's the excuse my mom uses whenever she wants chocolate.

True, but if it has sugar, it's still not good for you. We use carob chips in place of chocolate chips and they are soooooooooo fabulous! :)

Well, I could probably post the recipe for baked ziti, though I'm not sure what baked zita is. :P Sorry, I just can't help it.

Ingredients:
1 lb. pork sausage
1 lb. ziti pasta
2 jars spaghetti sauce (about 52 oz.)
6 slices provolone cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1-2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
2 T. Parmesan cheese

Brown sausage. Drain the fat. Add spaghetti sauce and simmer 15 minutes. Boil ziti pasta and cook al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain. Rinse to avoid sticking. Preheat oven @ 350 degrees.

Layer ingredients in a 13x9 baking dish.
Spread 1/2 ziti over bottom of pan.
Provolone cheese (cover the ziti).
Spread sour cream over provolone.
Scoop 1/2 spaghetti sauce mixture over sour cream.
Spread remaining ziti.
Sprinkle mozzarella over ziti.
Scoop remaining spaghetti sauce mixture. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top.

Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until cheeses are melted and lightly bubbling.

Great!

First, cook your chicken breasts in either the oven or crock pot, and then shred it up. Mix with soup mix, sour cream, poppy seed, and salt and pepper, and put in your pan. Melt butter, crush up ritz cracker, and mix those together. Put on your chicken mixture, and back at 350 for 30 minute, or until golden brown. Enjoy!
