Honestly, I don't know if I'll ever be able to make it there…. Unless it's either Saturday afternoon, if I'm not in the Game Show- I need to film my audition- or maybe Thursday between Preliminaries and the Opening Ceremony.

If we have the meeting on Thursday, we plan to do it between Preliminaries and the Opening Ceremony, so that it (hopefully) isn't a problem for people.

My bee is planning to have dinner at 4:30, so as long as Senior Orals don't run long and the meeting is soon after that, I could stop in for a bit.

I think we'd have the meeting at four. I'm sorry about that, Esther! I guess everyone knows there won't be a perfect arrangement. :(

Thursday will be fine, since it works the best. As long as wherever we're going to eat isn't far away, I might have a couple minutes to stop in. Plus I could get there early. Don't worry about it. :) I can always dash around the FFA after my orals and try to meet people whose names I recognize from Memverse. :)
