It would not make much sense to ship boxes, peanuts, and the other contents that are slightly more valuable than the peanuts, to Washington, just so that I could pack them perfectly.

I don't know, have you seen some of those things that they make in the US, then ship to China to have them assembled and then shipped back to the US to be sold…??? But that's a little different.
