I don't believe one of these has been started yet, but if it has, forgive me. I started one of these on my other forum (the one I created when I thought MV was closing the forums), and I thought it'd be good to have here as well.

Basically, this is for sharing lyrics to songs, the music of which might not appeal to everyone, but the lyrics of which are deep and profound enough to share, even though not everyone might like the song as a whole.

I'm going to start things off with a song by which I was struck anew today. It's one of my favorite Christian rap songs, and it has such a strong theme of redemption and new life in Christ.

This is "Start Over" by Flame, featuring NF:

Everybody’s got a blank page,
A story they’re writing today,
A wall that they’re climbing.
You can carry the past on your shoulders,
Or you can start over.
Regrets? No matter what you've gone through,
*Jesus – He gave it all to save you.
He carried the cross on His shoulders
So you can start over.*

Don’t let your heart be troubled.
Don’t be afraid.
To the broken-hearted who wished that they’d
Never been born, never been torn, never sinned, never disobeyed:
*I know you think there’s no hope, but that's not true, Jesus saves!*
I know you're feeling regret
Like, "I brought this all on myself;
I messed it up big time, and this time I don’t deserve God’s help."
Thinking, "How can God forgive me after knowing what I did?
After knowing that I hid from Him, and I stayed away and backslid?"
Listen,
*Jesus came for the sick.
Jesus came for the weak.
Jesus came to give good news and to set the captives free.
Jesus came for the poor.
Jesus came with the keys.
Jesus came to remove the chains so the prisoners are released.*

Everybody’s got a blank page,
A story they’re writing today,
A wall that they’re climbing.
You can carry the past on your shoulders,
Or you can start over.
Regrets? No matter what you've gone through,
*Jesus – He gave it all to save you.
He carried the cross on His shoulders
So you can start over.*

See, His love is deeper than the ocean floor.
Run to His arms like an open door!
God the Father sent the Son
So men can come and be free and not have to run anymore.
"Come to Me, all who are weary; with heavy burdens, I’ll give you rest."
*He separated you from your sin, as far as the east is from the west.*
Thrown in the sea of forgetfulness:
"What sin? What offense?
And when those waves come crashing in, I’ll calm the winds in your defense."
*So, whatever it is that you’ve done,
He put that punishment on His Son!
You’ll never come under His condemnation; He conquered sin and Satan, and his accusations.
So, dry your eyes, lift up your head!
Hallelujah! God is not dead!
Plus He gave us His peace, and He took our guilt on the cross instead,
Took our place and now we embrace
A clean slate with the eyes of faith.*
We know unfailing love… It’s not too late.
Start over.

Everybody’s got a blank page,
A story they’re writing today,
A wall that they’re climbing.
You can carry the past on your shoulders,
Or you can start over.
Regrets? No matter what you've gone through,
*Jesus – He gave it all to save you.
He carried the cross on His shoulders
So you can start over.*

Those are really good lyrics. Obviously, I don't listen to rap and so it seems to flow in a way I'm not used to, but they are still excellent words.

The Gospel is so beautiful.

White Flag, by Chris Tomlin. This song has been in my top 10 for a couple of years now.

The battle rages on
As storm and tempest roar
We cannot win this fight
Inside our rebel hearts
We're laying down
Our weapons now

We raise our white flag
We surrender all to you, all for you
We raise our white flag
The war is over
Love has come, your love has won

Here on this holy ground
You made a way for peace
Laying your body down
You took our rightful place
This freedom song
Is marching on

We raise our white flag
We surrender all to you, all for you
We raise our white flag
The war is over
Love has come, your love has won

We lift the cross, lift it high, lift it high
We lift the cross, lift it high, lift it high
We lift the cross, lift it high, lift it high
We lift the cross, lift it high, lift it high

We raise our white flag
We surrender all to you, all for you
We raise our white flag
The war is over
Love has come, your love has won

Song: "Runners High"
Artist: Scandal

There are things you long for, hope for
That you may not reach
Yes, everyone knows that
But that's why if you don't struggle
Nothing will change
Believe in yourself

So you won't blame someone else
So you won't have regrets
So that you'll be able to smile in the end, let's go

When it's decided I'm at my limit
A buzzer signaling the end sounds out
As if it's laughing at me
I climb this hill and see
The goal tape at the starting line
I believe in myself
The future is waiting

How Great Thou Art:

O Lord my God, When I in awesome wonder,
Consider all the worlds Thy Hands have made;
I see the stars, I hear the rolling thunder,
Thy power throughout the universe displayed.

Then sings my soul, My Saviour God, to Thee,
How great Thou art, How great Thou art.
Then sings my soul, My Saviour God, to Thee,
How great Thou art, How great Thou art!

When through the woods, and forest glades I wander,
And hear the birds sing sweetly in the trees.
When I look down, from lofty mountain grandeur
And see the brook, and feel the gentle breeze.

Then sings my soul, My Saviour God, to Thee,
How great Thou art, How great Thou art.
Then sings my soul, My Saviour God, to Thee,
How great Thou art, How great Thou art!

And when I think, that God, His Son not sparing;
Sent Him to die, I scarce can take it in;
That on the Cross, my burden gladly bearing,
He bled and died to take away my sin.

Then sings my soul, My Saviour God, to Thee,
How great Thou art, How great Thou art.
Then sings my soul, My Saviour God, to Thee,
How great Thou art, How great Thou art!

When Christ shall come, with shout of acclamation,
And take me home, what joy shall fill my heart.
Then I shall bow, in humble adoration,
And then proclaim: "My God, how great Thou art!" ^this is my favorite verse :)^

Then sings my soul, My Saviour God, to Thee,
How great Thou art, How great Thou art.
Then sings my soul, My Saviour God, to Thee,
How great Thou art, How great Thou art!

Blessings (by Laura Story):
We pray for blessings, we pray for peace
Comfort for family, protection while we sleep
We pray for healing, for prosperity
We pray for Your mighty hand to ease our suffering
And all the while, You hear each spoken need
Yet love us way too much to give us lesser things

'Cause what if your blessings come through rain drops
What if Your healing comes through tears
What if a thousand sleepless nights are what it takes to know You're near
What if trials of this life are Your mercies in disguise

We pray for wisdom, Your voice to hear
We cry in anger when we cannot feel You near
We doubt your goodness, we doubt your love
As if every promise from Your word is not enough
And all the while, You hear each desperate plea
And long that we'd have faith to believe

'Cause what if your blessings come through rain drops
What if Your healing comes through tears
What if a thousand sleepless nights are what it takes to know You're near
What if trials of this life are Your mercies in disguise

When friends betray us
When darkness seems to win
We know that pain reminds this heart
That this is not,
This is not our home
It's not our home

'Cause what if your blessings come through rain drops
What if Your healing comes through tears
What if a thousand sleepless nights are what it takes to know You're near

What if my greatest disappointments or the aching of this life
Is the revealing of a greater thirst this world can't satisfy
What if trials of this life
The rain, the storms, the hardest nights
Are your mercies in disguise

Those are really good lyrics. Obviously, I don't listen to rap and so it seems to flow in a way I'm not used to, but they are still excellent words. The Gospel is so beautiful.

Agreed. =) I'll probably be primarily posting rap lyrics on here, just because those tend to be the ones that are most dense with theology and gospel truths – at least from the songs I listen to that aren't hymns that everyone knows. xP

Umm, yeah, if the "hint-hint" is that the vast majority of CCM is pretty shallow compared to old Christian hymns and Reformed rap. =P

These are the lyrics from a song called "Instruments of Mercy" by Beautiful Eulogy from their album of the same title. The entire album is a tremendous meditation on the total depravity of man but the indescribably wonderful mercy of God. This title track is a metaphor that describes Christians as instruments in the hands of God, Who uses both good experiences and hard trials to "play His song" through our lives, orchestrating all of our lives together to play the song of His redemptive purposes. The lyricism in this song is among the best I've ever heard.

The same God Who measured the waters in the hollows of His holy hands
Is the same God that uses broken man to expand His fixed plan –
*Sovereign, infinite, eternal, personal, and intimate,
Independently playing the harp with the various parts of our heart's instrument.
A symphony of saints saved from sin, singing spiritual songs,
Pausing in awe, where all praise and all applause belongs to God.*
Stretching and bending pitch, pruning tightening and tuning:
It's the residue of His resin that's the evidence of His divine choosing.
*Using the weather and the storm to conform us into the image of our glorious Lord.*
Scorn to compose a score being stitched together in melodious chord,
*It's the strumming and pressing of strings that momentarily stings,
But in the end it ultimately brings us to a place that causes hearts to sing.*

With Your hands, play Your song
Use my life I'm Your instrument
Tune my heart to sing Your song
Use my life I'm Your instrument

*God, I thank You for Your grace and Your mercy in the face of adversity.*
I never went to college, never graduated, but pain is a university.
When I hold up my diploma, there's no dilemma, despite my lack of credits,
*Because Jesus paid it all – yeah that's my story when they roll the credits.*
*A life time of suffering is nothing compared to the glory being prepared,
And we could never find a stairway to heaven or climb up a ladder to get there.
It's only by the merits of Christ that sinners inherit eternal life.
So I pray we grow in dependency; strip away my self reliant tendencies.
Organize and order my days according to Your ordinance.
I'm an instrument in Your orchestra, Lord, and You are my only audience.
Holding Your promises close and watching as Your plan unfolds,
All for Your glory and praise, playing the song that You composed.*

With Your hands, play Your song
Use my life I'm Your instrument
Tune my heart to sing Your song
Use my life I'm Your instrument

Great song by Steven Curtis Chapman… "Long Way Home".

I set out on a great adventure
The day my Father started leading me home.
He said, "There's gonna be some mountains to climb
And some valleys we're gonna go through."
But I had no way of knowing
Just how hard this journey could be,
'Cause the valleys are deeper and the mountains are steeper
Than I ever would have dreamed.

But I know we're gonna make it,
And I know we're gonna get there soon,
And I know sometimes it feels like we're going the wrong way,
But it's just a long way home.

I've got some rocks in my shoes, fears I wish I could lose
That makes the mountains so hard to climb,
And my heart gets so heavy with the weight of the world sometimes.
And there's a bag of regrets,
My should-have-beens and not-yets,
I keep on dragging around.
And I can hardly wait for the day I get to lay it all down.

Well, I know that day is coming,
I know it's gonna be here soon,
And I won't turn back
Even if the whole world says I'm going the wrong way
'Cause it's just a long way home.

When we can't take another step,
Our Father will pick us up and carry us in His arms.
And even on the best days,
He says to remember we're not home yet,
So don't get too comfortable;
'Cause really all we are is just pilgrims passing through.

Well, I know we're gonna make it,
And I know we're gonna get there soon,
So I'll keep on singing and believing what all of my songs say.
'Cause our God has made a promise,
And I know that everything He says is true,
And I know, wherever we go,
He will never leave us;
'Cause He's gonna lead us home,
Every single step of the long way home.

Keep on, we're gonna make it,
I know we're gonna make it,
We're just taking a long way home…

Gah. You must think he's bad, because I know you think I'm horrible. You speak of ^killing me^ and kicking me off my scribe duty ALL. THE. TIME. You might wanna get going while you can, Christian, lest he start telling stuff like that to you as well. ;)

@Christian - Back on topic… Words are really good to those songs, they always just catch me off guard though since I'm used to music a lot more to a 4/4 beat with rhyming words through every verse. xD ^Though, for all I know, the words to the song you posted could be to a 4/4 beat, so don't get all over me for that one… it's late. =p^

Haha, glad you liked it. Actually, yes, ironically, I believe the song does have a 4/4 beat. But I totally understand your confusion over how all those words could fit that way. I wouldn't expect someone who's never heard the flow of a well-crafted rap verse to understand that. ;)

+The Way, the Truth, the Life+
By Matthew Minica and Bethany P.

Verse 1
All ye that are laden,
And ye that are burdened,
Unto me, hasten.
Come, and I will give you rest.
I will give peace to you,
To those who are oppressed.
Come to Me, I am the Way.

Chorus
I am the Bread of Life.
Come and partake of Me.
I am the Living Water;
Thirsty you will no longer be.
I am your Creator.
You’re always on My mind.
I am the Father, you’re my child.
I am the Way, the Truth, the Life.

Verse 2
Take My yoke upon thee.
I am meek and lowly.
You shall learn from Me.
My burden will be light.
My yoke will be easy.
In Me you will delight.
I will never let you go.

Bridge
I am Wonderful Counselor, the mighty God.
I am Everlasting Father and Prince of Peace.
I am Wonderful Counselor, the mighty God.
I am everything you will ever need.

Chorus 2
I am the Bread of Life.
Come and partake of Me.
I am the Living Water;
Thirsty you will no longer be.
I am your Creator.
You’re always on My mind.
I am the Father, you’re my child.
I am the Father, you’re my child.
I am the Father, you’re my child.
I am the Way, the Truth, the Life.

Another song I wrote last year, that I would absolutely love to hear Matthew West sing sometime. xD It's missing a lot with the music… maybe I'll get around to recording it sometime! (It really needs a pop band to back it up though, piano just doesn't cut it with this piece!)

+Start at the Cross+

Verse 1
How did I ever get this far?
It’s kind of hard to see You way out here.
I seem to remember a long time ago
You came in my heart, made me white as snow.
But lately the tempter has come again,
He’s trying to change me back to what I’ve been.

Chorus
I wanna restart.
I don’t think that I can by myself,
I need Your love and care.
I wanna restart,
Going to the right place,
Walking on the right path,
And starting at the cross.

Verse 2
This place is a mess. What have I done?
I’m not even sure who I am anymore.
That picture of love that You put on my heart –
It was supposed to endure, but now I’m thinking it’s gone.

Bridge
And You come in my heart with a smile on Your face
That washes all bad feelings away.
And You come in my heart with the scars on Your hands
And You say, “Let’s clean up this place.”
And as You wash away with your soul-cleansing blood
Everything that I’ve ever done wrong.
I begin to see that Your assurance for me
Was not lost – it was there all along!

One more for now… :) My latest is called "Ruler of My Soul". Again I unfortunately don't have the music recorded yet, but if you are familiar with slower songs from Abandon, Mercy Me, and/or Sidewalk Prophets, you'll know about what style this is. :)

Verse 1
I’ll be honest with You; right now
I feel overwhelmed.
I’ve been trying to live my life
In a way that pleases You.
I’ve tried it all. The methods, the plans,
Everything I could find.
But somehow, I keep falling back into sin.

Don’t really feel like I should give up,
But I don’t know what else to do.

Chorus
Then I realized that I never tried
Letting go, letting You control.
I was far too weak, struggling underneath
All the weight I’ve made my own.
Please take over me. Be my everything.
Oh God, You are the Ruler of my soul.

Verse 2
There’s a place in our lives, we find
We can’t do this alone.
Our best efforts fail, and then
We just break again.
But when my Shepherd comes, He gives me new strength
And I can’t help but win.
But first, He must be ruling inside my heart.

I wasn’t meant to do this alone.
I’ve got Someone who’s always there.

And I realized that I never tried
Letting go, letting You control.
I was far too weak, struggling underneath
All the weight I’ve made my own.
Please take over me. Be my everything.
Oh God, You are the Ruler of my soul.

Bridge
You make my heart beat. You make my lungs breathe.
So take the driver’s seat – it’s You who knows best anyway.
My life is in Your hands, as if I never lived –
But I’m not, I’m not dead;
In fact, I’ve just come alive!

I realized that I never tried letting go…
And I realized that I never tried
Letting go, letting You control.
I was far too weak, struggling underneath
All the weight I’ve made my own.
Please take over me. Be my everything.
Oh God, You are the Ruler of my soul.

"We Won't Be Shaken" By Building 429

This world has nothing for me
This life is not my own
I know You go before me and I am not alone
This mountain rises higher
The way seems so unclear
But I know that You go with me so I will never fear
I will trust in You

Whatever will come our way
Through fire or pouring rain
We won't be shaken
No we won't be shaken
Whatever tomorrow brings
Together we'll rise and sing
That we won't be shaken
No we won't be shaken
Oooh oooh oh
Oooh oooh oh
Oooh oooh oh
No we won't be shaken

You know my every longing
You've heard my every prayer
You've held me in my weakness
Cause You are always there
So I'll stand in full surrender
It's Your way and not my own
My mind is set on nothing less
Than You and You alone
I will not be moved oh

Whatever will come our way
Through fire or pouring rain
We won't be shaken
No we won't be shaken
Whatever tomorrow brings
Together we'll rise and sing
That we won't be shaken
No we won't be shaken

We will trust in You
We will not be moved
We will trust in You
And we won't be shaken
[x3]

No we won't be shaken

Whatever will come our way
Through fire or pouring rain
We won't be shaken
No we won't be shaken
Whatever tomorrow brings
Together we'll rise and sing
That we won't be shaken
No we won't be shaken
Oooh oooh oh
Oooh oooh oh
Oooh oooh oh
No we won't be shaken
Oooh oooh oh
Oooh oooh oh
Oooh oooh oh
No we won't be shaken

2 Corinthians 5:17

+I Repent+

Incredible song, written by David Noel and sung by Steve Green.
You can listen to the song here > https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jwUH0e5TW58

I regret the hours I have wasted and the pleasures I have tasted
that you were never in.
And I confess that though your love is in me,
it doesn’t always win me when competing with my sin.

CHORUS
And I repent, making no excuses.
I repent no one else to blame.
And I return to fall in love with Jesus.
I bow down on my knees and I repent.

I lament the idols I’ve accepted,
the commandments I’ve rejected to pursue my selfish end.
And I confess I need you to revive me,
put selfishness behind me and take up my cross again.

And I return to fall in love with Jesus.
I bow down on my knees and I repent.

Lay Me Down, Chris Tomlin (I'm a huge fan of Chris) xD

With this heart open wide
From the depths from the heights
I will bring a sacrifice
With these hands lifted high
Hear my song, hear my cry
I will bring a sacrifice
I will bring a sacrifice

[Chorus:]
I lay me down I’m not my own
I belong to you alone
Lay me down, lay me down
Hand on my heart this much is true
There’s no life apart from you
Lay me down, lay me down
Lay me down, lay me down

Letting go of my pride
Giving up all my rights
Take this life and let it shine
Take this life and let it shine

[Chorus:]
I lay me down I’m not my own
I belong to you alone
Lay me down, lay me down
Hand on my heart this much is true
There’s no life apart from you
Lay me down, lay me down
Lay me down, lay me down

[Bridge:]
It will be my joy to say Your will Your way
It will be my joy to say Your will Your way
It will be my joy to say Your will Your way always

Margaret Eddy

Martha, Martha, Martha,
Oh, Martha,
MARTHA, MARTHA,

the cows,
the big cows,
the brown cows,
the black cows,
the white cows,
the black and white cows,
the COWS, COWS, COWS

are in the corn,
are in the corn,
are in the corn,
in the CORN,
CORN,
CORN,
COOOOORRRRRNNNNN
(repeat 3x)

Come now, Margaret, everyone knows that hymns have much better lyrics than praise choruses.

Oh Martha, dear Martha, hear thou my cry
Inclinest thine ear to the words of my mouth.
Turn thou thy whole wondrous ear by and by
To the righteous, glorious truth.

For the way of the animals who can explain
There in their heads is no shadow of sense,
Hearkenest they in God’s sun or his rain
Unless from the mild, tempting corn they are fenced.

Yea those cows in glad bovine, rebellious delight,
Have broke free their shackles, their warm pens eschewed.
Then goaded by minions of darkness and night
They all my mild Chilliwack sweet corn chewed.

So look to that bright shining day by and by,
Where all foul corruptions of earth are reborn
Where no vicious animal makes my soul cry
And I no longer see those foul cows in the corn.

(Sing only verses 1,2, and 4, and do a key change on the last verse)

His Servant

Probably one of my favorite songs right now… everything about it. Obviously, the words are the best part, and can definitely say this is my prayer in life right now - more love to Christ. Such a simple thing, and yet so huge in life. Really enjoy Fernando Ortega's singing of it… the piano is so quiet so it doesn't distract from the excellent lyrics, and even though I don't always enjoy all of Ortega's singing, I can most assuredly say I like it on this song.

More love to thee, O Christ, more love to thee!
Hear thou the prayer I make on bended knee.
This is my earnest plea: More love, O Christ, to thee;
more love to thee, more love to thee!

Once earthly joy I craved, sought peace and rest;
now thee alone I seek, give what is best.
This all my prayer shall be: More love, O Christ, to thee;
more love to thee, more love to thee!

Let sorrow do its work, come grief and pain;
sweet are thy messengers, sweet their refrain,
when they can sing with me: More love, O Christ, to thee;
more love to thee, more love to thee!

Then shall my latest breath whisper thy praise;
this be the parting cry my heart shall raise;
this still its prayer shall be: More love, O Christ, to thee;
more love to thee, more love to thee!

Artist: Taylor Swift
Song: "I Knew You Were Trouble"

Once upon time
A few mistakes ago
I was in your sights
You got me alone
You found me
You found me
You found me

I guess you didn't care
And I guess I liked that
And when I fell hard
You took a step back
Without me, without me, without me

And he's long gone
When he's next to me
And I realize the blame is on me

Cause I knew you were trouble when you walked in
So shame on me now
Flew me to places I'd never been
Till you put me down oh
I knew you were trouble when you walked in
So shame on me now
Flew me to places I'd never been
Now I'm lying on the cold hard ground
Oh, oh, trouble, trouble, trouble
Oh, oh, trouble, trouble, trouble

No apologies
He'll never see you cry
Pretend he doesn't know
That he's the reason why
You're drowning, you're drowning, you're drowning

Now I heard you moved on
From whispers on the street
A new notch in your belt
Is all I'll ever be
And now I see, now I see, now I see
He was long gone
When he met me
And I realize the joke is on me

I knew you were trouble when you walked in
So shame on me now
Flew me to places I'd never been
Till you put me down oh
I knew you were trouble when you walked in
So shame on me now
Flew me to places I'd never been
Now I'm lying on the cold hard ground
Oh, oh, trouble, trouble, trouble
Oh, oh, trouble, trouble, trouble

When your saddest fear comes creeping in
That you never loved me or her or anyone or anything
Yeah

I knew you were trouble when you walked in
So shame on me now
Flew me to places I'd never been
Till you put me down oh
I knew you were trouble when you walked in (you were right there, you were right there)
So shame on me now
Flew me to places I'd never been
Now I'm lying on the cold hard ground
Oh, oh, trouble, trouble, trouble
Oh, oh, trouble, trouble, trouble

I knew you were trouble when you walked in
Trouble, trouble, trouble
I knew you were trouble when you walked in
Trouble, trouble, trouble!

Taylor Swift, 22

It feels like a perfect night to dress up like hipsters
And make fun of our exes, uh uh, uh uh.
It feels like a perfect night for breakfast at midnight
To fall in love with strangers, uh uh, uh uh.

Yeah,
We're happy, free, confused, and lonely at the same time
It's miserable and magical.
Oh, yeah
Tonight's the night when we forget about the deadlines
It's time

Oh oh!
I don't know about you
But I'm feeling 22
Everything will be alright
If you keep me next to you
You don't know about me
But I'll bet you want to
Everything will be alright
If we just keep dancing like we're
22, ooh-ooh
22, ooh-ooh

It seems like one of those nights,
This place is too crowded.
Too many cool kids, uh uh, uh uh (who's Taylor Swift anyway, ew?)
It seems like one of those nights,
We ditch the whole scene and end up dreaming
Instead of sleeping.

Yeah,
We're happy, free, confused, and lonely in the best way
It's miserable and magical.
Oh, yeah
Tonight's the night when we forget about the heartbreaks
It's time

Oh oh! (hey!)
I don't know about you
But I'm feeling 22
Everything will be alright
If you keep me next to you
You don't know about me
But I'll bet you want to
Everything will be alright (alright)
If we just keep dancing like we're
22, ooh-ooh (oh, oh, oh)
22, ooh-ooh
I don't know about you
22, ooh-ooh
22, ooh-ooh

It feels like one of those nights,
We ditch the whole scene.
It feels like one of those nights,
We won't be sleeping.
It feels like one of those nights,
You look like bad news.
I gotta have you,
I gotta have you.

Ooh-ooh
Ooh-ooh, ye-e-e-e-eah, hey
I don't know about you (I don't know about you)
But I'm feeling 22
Everything will be alright
If you keep me next to you
You don't know about me (you don't know about me)
But I'll bet you want to
Everything will be alright
If we just keep dancing like we're
22, ooh-ooh
22, ooh-ooh
22, ooh-ooh, yeah, yeah
22, ooh-ooh, yeah, yeah, yeah

It feels like one of those nights,
We ditch the whole scene
It feels like one of those nights,
We won't be sleeping
It feels like one of those nights,
You look like bad news,
I gotta have you,
I gotta have you.

Basically, this is for sharing lyrics to songs, the music of which might not appeal to everyone, but the lyrics of which are deep and profound enough to share, even though not everyone might like the song as a whole.

Hmmm…… :P

Wow. I suppose I should have expected this. I guess you guys can just disregard my exact words in the first post and just go instead with the spirit of them… Post whatever song lyrics you like, as long as they're not profane or anything. And everyone can decide for themselves whether or not they like the lyrics. =P

Please don't post any more songs like that. They are very offensive to me, and should be to any other Christian.
