Travel...

I think the title says it all! Anyone really into traveling??? How do you like to do it? Where have you gone?

Probably the most amazing place I've ever been was Rome. But it was just a layover and I couldn't even get off the plane! :( Still, it's neat to say I've been to Rome! (You know what I mean!)

Jordan - we LOVE to travel, some of us have been to New Zealand, some to Israel and Egypt, last September in our van all the way to Utah and Montana and South Dakota and lots of other states (with a screaming baby! But he wasn't screaming the entire time, thankfully!)

My father is THE BEST trip planner!!!!!!! :D

Yes, I would SO like all memverse-ers to make it to nationals :D Then we would have to plan to all meet together…at the same spot. I remember the "meet up in 2011". Let's just say it didn't go to well.

Well, we set it up and everyone thought they went to the right place…but for some reason we didn't see anyone at the right place. So once Nationals was over we asked on quizlet and everyone said they were at the right spot. So we figured that everyone went to the spot that they thought was the right spot but nobody went to the spot planned on but us and the C. family :D

Hope that makes sense :D

Maybe 2013 we should make a big sign so nobody on Memverse will miss it :D

It would neat to have a glow in the dark outfit! You totally don't want to wear that while playing hide-and-go seek in the dark! :P

Yeah. That'd be no fun. Unless you switch it for another shirt and hide it, so that when they find it, thinking it's you, you can move to another hiding place!

Yeah… at Nats, I typically wear a BB shirt.

No, I wasn't a senior. I was at Nationals in 2011 and 2012, and I'm the Emily H that wasn't in semis. Is the Emily doing the 1 John study a senior?

Yeah! We are good friends with the Davis'! They're a great family!

Well, this was my first time doing the BB as well as my first time at nats.. so my Dad and I flew out. We've talked about the whole family driving if both Eden and I make it… But I'd way rather fly! It's like a week to drive down to TN!

Oh! For some reason I thought you had been to Nationals at least twice. Okay, so then you might not understand my "one of the Emily Hamiltons" comment… :) Yeah, we drove to Nationals, and we took a week to go out. In 2011 we did it in 4 days, but were almost too late for registration. (that would be kinda like REALLY bad.:)

But then you can visit so many other places on the way! :)

That's a thought! Plus, u get to annoy ur siblings to no end on that 3740 hour car ride! Lol :)

Look-y, I rode in a van with 4 brothers, 1 sister and 2 parents for 17 days, over 5000 miles. It was a bit crazy at times, bu loads of fun!

Yeah… but still, if you're going to be doing the BB competition, you kind of want to get there right away…. We have done a fair amount of car travel, but we never really "stop and see things" (Unless it's one of those rest stops!) Personally, I like to get where I'm going fast so I can spend time with the people I'm going there to see!
