I've always wanted bees!!!!! I like bees, and bees like me. :-)
Jessica!
Yeah, bees are really interesting! I’ve had quite a hard time keeping my bees alive… but my most resent swarm seems to be doing really well! :)
Last year was my first year with bees. I wasn’t one bit nerves putting them in the boxes… I mean, what could go wrong… its only 200 plus bees… and a queen. I wasn’t scared for myself as much as I was for the bees. Everywhere I turned it seemed, I was smashing a poor little bee.
Then the medal tab on the queen’s cage snapped off. 0.o I had to reach in and fish it out. As soon as I stuck my hand in I could feel their worm little bodies swarming all over my hand. I couldn’t find the box; so my brother, Seth, tried but he didn’t get it either. So I shook the pack a little till I spotted it through the wire then I just took aim and reached in. I got stung on my hand that time and almost dropped the box again! I was surprised because it went right through the glove! When I finely got the thing out we strapped it on with rubber bands. It turned out all right, and they did well till later that year when the queen failed and yellow jackets took over the hive.
Oh, and if you get bees don’t forget to register them!
So you aren't allergic to bee stings at all? I swell and get really hot where I was stung. (My cousin can tell you…)
I also like mud. Yep! I love mud, and mud loves me. ;)

Yes, I've learned how to read chords and use cheat sheets some :) I also have been learning lots of scales. I'm not going to have any lessons until fall, because my teacher's going on a missions trip to Ghana. But I'll still be practicing during the summer ;)

Keep at your knitting, Hannah! If you keep going, you'll get better. I wasn't all that good when I started; I think some of my stuff had holes in it and everything else. :-) I did a lot of dishcloths when I was trying to get my tension looser not long after I first started. I was knitting so tight that a pair of socks that I made for my dad were small enough to fit my mom. So, I made dishcloths until I got my tension adjusted. I made my dishcloths from a book that I have called, "Dishcloths from the Heart" by Evelyn A. Clark, and it has some neat patterns in it. If you want more titles with patterns for dishcloths, let me know.
If you're curious, there's a thread on the "General" Page on the forums that has a topic called "Sewing, Knitting, and Crocheting" or something like that.
What kind of books have you read that you liked?

Welcome to memverse, Hannah Hope. Thats cool that you are a Hungarian and Irish. I'm a Russian and Ukrainian. My patents are from Ukraine, and later they moved to United States. We were never in Russia it's just that we talk in Russian… and also talk in Ukrainian. So it's pretty neat to find someone like that. Do you speak there language?
