Haha! Totally! I was put to shame in the Summer when we started visiting a church where everyone plays volley ball. ;P We purchased a net and are getting a ball so we'll be all ready for next summer! lol

Is somthing wrong with your wrist? My friend's wrist is messed up (I don't remember the word, and if I did I wouldn't be able to spell it :P) so she can hardly play without a shock of pain running down her arm…
I love the sport and only am hurt if I get hit with a spike of serve or somthing! :) It hurts! :)

Although it was fun it was not a very good net, actually it wasn't a volleyball net. I can't remember what you call it, the sport with the mini tinnis rackets?

Yeah, I remember that net, and when it broke. :P Volleyball was pretty fun, but I've never enjoyed it very much; I can never get to the ball in time! :) Soccer's way better, in my opinion. :D

I don't know what I think about volleyball - I can serve just fine, but I can never hit it when it comes over the net. I guess I need to practice more…but, I do really like soccer, my siblings and I like to do that in the summer :D

Our family is a part of a local homeschool soccer league, which competes every Saturday during the fall and spring. It is so fun!! :D

Same here Bethany! Except I DO NOT like soccer :) I like Ultimate Frisbee though! :)

Actually, it wasn't all my fault… Both me and my opponent were determined to smash the ball down on each other's side of the net… Then we found ourselves face to face with the net tangled on the ground! Ah the joys of playing front-center!

@Bethany: Haha! Same way with us… but it would probably be somebody instead of just something! Our games get really competitive!

Well, we got pretty close to knocking things down a couple of times… ;P We played in the big, empty area in the back of the room; the wall near the restrooms was one goal, and the area near the black curtains that separated the room with the next room was the other goal. A few times we accidentally kicked the ball a little into the next room…. Oops! :D It was a lot of fun, especially because both teams were skilled and competitive. :)

That sounds like so much fun!

What's surprising is that I never saw anyone ever playing soccer, though it seemed like I was in the Family Fun Room all the time (minus the challenge rounds).

Did anyone play Around the World there? I wished I had, but never did…I really like that game!

@Danielle–I'm not at all into national sports, but I think I heard that the power went out because of all the electricity that was used for the concert at halftime. :D

@SoulWinner–My dad predicted that the 49ers would win, but it looks like he was wrong! We watched the first half of the game before going to bed (though this was my first time watching a football game in over a year :D).

I honestly had no idea who would win until I saw the ravens get 21 points unanswered. Anyone else feel the suspense at the end of the game when the 49ers got to within 3 points of the Ravens? It seems the power outage helped them tremendously :) I went to a Super Bowl party with some of my homeschool friends to watch the game. Now I cant wait for the Finals!

I went to bed shortly after the power went out at least I don't remember much after that I was't feeling 2 well….

Honestly I didn't care who would win but before it started we (my brothers and I) decided based on their colors! : ) I picked the 49ers because their colors were the same as my volleyball team! : P Two of my brothers picked the Ravens, BOO! : ) What was your guys favorite commercial? I think mine was the Budwiser one. I would NEVER buy beer from them but I love their commercials! ; D I also like the E-Trade Baby one, the one with the stain on the jersey, and all of the Doritos ones! : P

I didn't see many of them but the Honda one were the little kid goes and gets his team was my favorite!

I liked the Doritos one when he stole Doritos from his goat. lol that was hilarious :)

I actually didn't see that one. I went outside and played basketball a lot throughout the game. I know what your thinking, I have a short attention span. Don't judge me. :D jk

The longest thing I've ever watched on TV was Return of the King: The Extended Edition.

This will be my only off-topic comment here, I promise. :D I think the longest thing I've ever watched on TV was the Lord of the Rings marathon we had at our house last year. :) Second was the Batman marathon I saw at a movie theater when the Dark Knight Rises came out. :)

I actually don't watch the game either, T.V. isn't worth it. Just watch play-by-play and listen on the radio :)
