Go to the Settings Danielle, and type it in. If you go to a signature shop (search "TridentLegend's AWESOME Signature Shop!, or just search signature shop), and people can use HTML to make you a really nice one! I used some HTML to change the color and font of my sig.
Dani(elle)
Hmmm ok I'll try it. What does your dad do that you just chill in his office all the time? Lol :)
Hiruko Kagetane
He has a home health agency. And I don't "chill" in his office all the time, I either study or work………..or goof off. sigh You know me too well! I will say though, it was SNEAKY of you to 1. Follow my posts on the LBMs, and then 2. Make your own account, and then 3. Post under "Modern LotR" just to talk to me! That was nice!
Dani(elle)
Lol :) well, I was going to say 'to Hollor at u' but that just sounded too mean. Lol :) jk. But I knew there was no way u would stay off here and there for almost a whole week! Lol so I got curious once while checking Modern LOTR and clicked on one of your post and looked at your 'activity feed' and saw '2 hours ago' etc. lol that's when I told SBG. Lol BTW- I found how to do the signature! Thx!
Hiruko Kagetane
You're welcome! I'll chech and see is I can see it, the Mods have to approve it.

"You know you're a homeschooler if: the Memverse forums are your only social network. :P"
totally. =D
Oh yeah, you know you're a homeschooler if someone had to explain to you how to use a scan tron at Bible Bee. (btw, is that spelled right? :P:)
EDIT: I'm watching East Meets West right now. =D =D
Cow
So do any of you use Omnibus?
2 Corinthians 5:17
Does anyone here use mystery of history?
Dani(elle)
What's East meets West?? What is omnibus?
Ian R.2
My family used it for one year, and I don't know why we stopped.
Other JPIAR: Who are you?
Dani(elle)
Lol
Cow
Omnibus… :) it's by Veritas Press. It's basically classical history. There's six years of it, and I'm only on year one… so I have a lot to do! It's a lot a lot A LOT of reading :)
Emily H
Lol, it's a Drive Thru History dvd. =D In the series about Rome and Greece. I kinda REALLY like Drive Thru History. =D
@Rachel, we did some of Mystery of History. :)
Dani(elle)
Oh that's right I've seen that one.
@Hannah- I'm pretty sure I did that for a few years. :)

WARNING: THIS POST HAS A PROPENSITY FOR GROSS FACTOR.
I got to have a good time today, during announcements at Church our pastor mentioned that he had gotten a roadkill call, for a moose right before he left for church, and asked if anyone would like to help later.
I was hoping to get an eyeball or two from it for my Anatomy dissection, as I had just passed that section in my book. Thats why I put this here where all the homeschoolers can enjoy a good dissection story.
After the service we got ready to go, and drove to where it had been hit. As a 1yr old cow, it wasn't very big. There were a few 12 gauge shotgun slug shells laying about indicating the State Troopers method of dispatch.
Someone else had already found the moose as well, or should I say somethings else. There were a few Ravens at the scene already trying to do the job. They hadn't messed with any of the meat yet but were working on shaving the stomach, and actually made a good sized pile of moose hair. To my dissapointment they had also found out the eyes. (probably first). So no eyeball disection this time around. This is what Proverbs 30:17 says in the ESV: The eye that mocks a father and scorns to obey a mother will be picked out by the ravens of the valley and eaten by the vultures.
Hey I managed to draw a spiritual lesson here folks. Maybe that moose didn't listen when her ma said not to cross the road. Jk.
End of story: Pastor's family now has four quarters of a moose to clean and debone and grind and freeze. Oh yea and eat.
Cow
Wow that's gross! LOL I wouldn't have been brave enough to take out the eyes lol
Dani(elle)
Hey RBC u r way over reacting. That post contains no 'scared for life material'! :) In fact it's really not even that gross I think his 'warning' is more than good enough. :)
SavedByGrace
Almost gross, but pretty cool. ;) I'd never touch it myself, though. :D
Hiruko Kagetane
Yeah, I probably wouldn't actually touch it, but I'd go up to it…………and see if I could find any of the internal organs.
Anya S.
I was homeschooled up until 7th grade =) we used mostly aBeka books. Then, I enrolled into a cyber-charter school, or one on the computer. I'm a sophomore (10th grader). =) The school is 21cccs. I recommend it to anyone living in Pennsylvania and looking for an online school for their kids.
Cow
Ok, that is so gross!!! Yeah, dead animals aren't exactly my thing. =D
Dani(elle)
That sound cool! Do u do the Biblebee Anya? :)
ZachB
Ok, that is so gross!!! Yeah, dead animals aren't exactly my thing. =D
That's exactly what my little sister would say.
Dance4Him
Working on tomorrows school, watching my brothers veggietales movie after going to a friends house!!!!
Dance4Him
You know your a homeschooler if……
Your school uniform is pajamas. My mom is quite silly!!!!!!!!!!
Cow
My school uniform is definitely my pajamas. :) I mean, why change if you're at home? :D
His Servant
Pajamas? I would never be able to get any school work done if I was in my pajamas! When I'm working on school, I have to be totally concentrated on what I'm doing to get it done…and that can't happen if I'm wearing pajamas :D
admin
Same here! I never wear pajamas around the house!
Dance4Him
That's my mom, brother and sister. I can't do school in PJ's either. Besides in the spring I like to do my school outside.
admin
I can't stand doing school outside! (no offense!) The wind blows and it's so hard to keep the pages right!
SavedByGrace
I totally agree–no pajamas, no outdoors. I like feeling clean and organized! :)
Dance4Him
I LOVE being outside!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
His Servant
Yeah…no outdoors for me either. I need to be inside, in a clean, quite, peaceful environment, if I want to get anywhere with my school! :)
Hiruko Kagetane
Yeah, I always wear jeans and a t-shirt in the house. And I don't like doing school outside either. Unless of course if friends come over……
Dani(elle)
I used to not wear pjs all the time but I got really comfortable one for Christmas this year so I wear them like everyday!!!! And I don't mind doing school outside during the summer, but that is true that the pages do get blown everywhere!!!!!!
biblebee
I can't stand wearing my pajamas around the house…I would never get any school done. And I don't like doing school outside.
2 Corinthians 5:17
Normally, The only time I wear my PJs during the day is when I'm pretty sick, (like with stomach flu etc) which thankfully, doesn't happen that often! :D
Ian R.2
I don't think I would get any schoolwork done either if I wore my pj's.
Cow
And I think you guys are all crazy :) honestly, if I wore normal clothes every day (except for comfy stuff :) I would go insane. I do all my Bible Bee studying in pjs and comfy clothes too lol
Madi
Yeah, I feel really sleepy if I wear my pjs around the house. :P
I can't stand doing school outside either. The sun makes it hard to read, and I don't like bugs so I'm always a nervous wreck about that…and the wind too.. :P
biblebee
I don't even like wearing my pjs when I'm sick. Though I will if I am to sick to change.
admin
ikr…. wearing pajamas around the house all day is totally not for me! Same with doing school outside…. getting grass and dirt stuck in the bindings of your books is totally terrible! :D And besides, I'd rather wait until after school to admire God's amazing creation instead of having school get in the way! lol :P
Dani(elle)
Grass and dirt??? U do it on the ground?!?!? Lol jk! I alway do mine on the porch if I go outside. Lol :)
