Hello! I play the cello, piano, recorder and organ. I only play cello and piano now. More that two instruments take way too much time.I should be practicing a lot more that I do. :) I have the most awesome cello teacher. He is the best teacher in Australia! He is around 85 years old! He is friends with all the BIG name musicians. :) I could go raving on and on about how amazing he is.

Wow, that's really cool about your cello teacher! I like cello a lot, it's just SO big… and they're really expensive.

I think a lot of us on here like music, myself included! I play piano (mainly classical and hymns) and would like to learn cello, harp and flute in the future :)

Hi!!! I'm a little late, but my name's Chloe Jokhong O'Connor (my middle name is Chinese). I'm 1/2 Chinese, 1/4 Japanese, 1/8 German, 1/16 British, and 1/16 Irish. I've been playing piano for 4 years, and ballet for about 6 years. I have 2 siblings: 1 brother and 1 sister. I'm the oldest. My mom immigrated from China, and my dad immigrated from Japan. None of my grandparents are Christians (please pray for them). I joined here November 14, 2011, and was refereed here by Yeva Cancik (she's inactive right now) We both go to Grace Community Church (John MacArther's the Pastor, and he's THE BEST). Oh, and I'm 11. My birthday's September 16, 2001.

Yes, small churches can be the best ones! :) Our church has… well, I can't remember the exact number, but it's around 70 or 80. Not as small as yours, but pretty small comparatively. One of the great things about small churches is that you know everyone there! :)

We don't have any goats, but we do have a some chickens and sheep (maybe we'll get a few lambs toward fall?).

We are a group of house churches…we have 7 different groups but we are all one church. So in our group we have about 30 people while in our entire church we have about 120 people.

Hi everybody,
I´m Barbara and I´m from Germany.

I love to write long and convoluted sentences and thats not easy for me, when I write English. So you might not get the sense of all my sentences. And I might make a lot of misstakes, feel free to correct them but please with an explanation, so that I can avoid the misstake the next time ;-) But it might be useless, bc I´m resistant against Grammar Lessons, as lot´s of English lessons showed.

i´m fairly new to memorizing scripture and I think that memverse and the forum really helps to memorize. it increases the motivation to see how many people out there are learning the Word of God by heart.
( I love this expression "to know by heart" the German word for that is so bald)

I´m working as a preeschool-teacher mostly with toddlers.
I live in a small flat by myself and have a tiny dschungel outside, because i´m not very good at gardening and have little time to do it, allthough i enjoy to see plants grow…
I started worm-farming a couple weeks ago. I´d love to have real pets (others than worms) but they would suffer lonelyness too often.

One thing might be interesting for chatting in the forum as well: My time zone is 8 hours before Mountain Time. Just to understand why I quit now and go to bed ;-)
