Why?

Uh…I guess we probably spent too much time watching it. Or we were talking too much about it. But the main reason is that my mom looked up ninja in the dictionary and now thinks that all ninja are assasains and bad guys. :-(

Um, actually, ninja were regular people (farmers, etc) who were opressed by the Samurai and Shogun (basically Knights and Lords), and decided to fight back. They invented Karate, and used weapons to defend themselves, and did do some assassinations, but only when necessary. I mean, that guy Ehud in Judges assassinated the king of Moab, so…….
