im sorry I have 4 sibs. 5 kids total. hannah is 9 and im 16…so we're 7 years apart. Wish i had more siblings. My older brother is going to college which is going to be really nasty. Its a baptist college, but Im relaly gona miss him!

NO its totally fine! I did national . even if i didn't do all the verses…i figured it wouldn't hurt to try for it!! what about you?? y aim really going to miss my brother.

Neat! Where did you place? Since it was my first year, and I wanted to learn how the BB worked, and since I had never really done a lot of memorization before, I did Timothy Track. I learn so much that first year! :)

Yes, we do! I really like how it compares different things in science/history/etc to things in the Bible. :) What WB are you all on, if you do them?

We're on WB 7. We've been in ATI for like 7 years, but we are REALLY slow with them. Mom likes to make sure we know everything in there :)

REALLY????!!!!!!!!!!! We go soooo slow on them too! :D Everyone else seems to go fast ;-) We've been in ATI for about 11-12 years, since I was 4-5 (can't remember) and we're on WB 16. Actually, my mom's family was in ATI before she got married. :)

On Joseph from the OT :) It was actually a live play put together by a Christian theater (we watched it on our way home from Nationals last year:). And they also filmed it, so we have the DVD of it :) They do lots of stories from the Bible. They're REALLY good, and they stick to Scripture.

It is!!! :) I was so encouraged by watching it too. And a lot of times I read the Bible and don't really think about how those people must have felt when those things happened to them. :P Like the Bible says Joseph was thrown in prison but the Lord was with him. But watching that I was like "He was thrown in prison at 27 for, as far as he knew, the REST OF HIS LIFE!!!! For something he DIDN'T DO!!!!! And instead of pouting about it, he got on with his life and still followed the Lord and continued to serve others!!!"

Oh cool! I really, really, REALLY like Joseph! I watch it ALL THE TIME and have basically the whole thing memorized :) We also watched their other productions that they have for sell, Noah, Ruth, In the Beginning and Psalms of David, but Joseph is still my favorite :) They're doing Jonah right now and then they said they're going to do Moses!!

Joseph? Yes, we have it on DVD. We bought it at the gift shop in their theater, but you can also get it on their webpage…although one of our friends tried ordering it and was having a hard time figuring it out and then it was out of stock :( :)

Um, last year I just went through my Sword Study and wrote a bunch of questions from it, and for CRs I did something kind of like "What are some good cross references for __?" and then wrote all the CRs the SS gave for the answer. I tried to memorize the references and what each of the basically said.

This year, I'm going to try :) to memorize the CRs because last year there were a few really specific questions (on the Jr test) that I didn't know because I only knew basically how the CRs related to what they were supposed to be CRing :P And two, because a lot of the National verses were CRs last year, and mom said I should memorize them because we'll be busier during the fall :)

Yeah, sin especially for me, because in 2011 for Nationals I studied Ginosko (lol, I don't know if I spelled that right:) a lot for 2 Peter, so I already knew what it meant:)

I've done Bible Bee sense 2009, although I didn't study like at all the first year and it worked out that we couldn't submit my scores anyway. I qualified in 2011 and 2012, and in 2010 I ranked 115:)

This is my 3rd year doing BB, 2011 I ranked 12th in Timothy Juniors, last year I ranked (glup) 221 in Seniors, and hopefully, my ranking this year will be 120 or higher :D

No, in '09 (this is kinda weird and I'm not sure if I quite understand and will get this right) I think they like sent out the tests and you had to copy them and have them kept at someone else's house, or something like that. They just had it set up so the host wouldn't know what the study materials were. But anyway, the person who was supposed to take the tests went to the hospital, so they couldn't take them, so we had them here. And it wouldn't really be right to submit my scores sense we had the tests here and I could have cheated.
And I only took the written test, because I only memorized like 6 verses or something :P and didn't want to do orals. :) I don't know if that made any sense….

That's cool you ranked so high in Jr tt!! I don't know…I kinda wish they still had tt, especially sense they stopped doing alternates, because some people don't want to go to Nationals…

Yeah, that's what I say. :) I like how they have it set up now days much better! :) And in '09 they didn't have a scanner thingie, you had to use a bubble sheet and mark all the wrong answers by hand :) I'm pretty glad we only had like 5 people competing that year! =D

Ikr, but there are some who don't want to go:) And some people can't afford to go too….

It wasn't me who went to the hospital, but one of our friends who was supposed to keep the tests at their house. They had a heart attack, but they're okay:)

Well, we have sewing class once a month for about 3 hours (it used to be twice a month but there started to be too many kids coming so she split it:), and that's usually all. :) Do you sew a lot?

Sorry, I didn't see your question! I don't sew a whole lot, I seem to go in spurts. I'll sew a lot for a while, and then go without doing any for a while. :)
