I got my permit when I was 15 1/2. And in WA you can get it when you're 15 as long as you're enrolled in drivers ed.

How can you practice driving on the freeway if you never go on the freeway??

In PA u can't get ur permit till ur 16 :(
In Iowa though, u can get ur permit when ur 14 and 3 months old!!! :) lol

@Madi: Well I practice in the parking lot of a store that isn't open and then once I've had a little practice driving a car then I will go on the freeway.

Oh…you were saying you just needed more practice driving! I thought you were saying once you got more practice on the freeway you would drive on the freeway. :P
