I don't ever plan on dating. Just courting.

What's the difference to you?

Dating is more going out with one person (generally just the two of you or [on a double-date] you, your date, and a friend and their date), and if you don't like the person, so what? You just dump them.
Courting is more of getting to know the person beforehand, then going out with them (usually with the whole family the first few times, then with one or two chaperones later), then…uh…getting engaged. It's more of a conservative way of doing the thing, and you're more sure of getting the girl or boy in the end.

…wow…I feel old on here now…I'm a year older than both of you…that sort of feels weird…
But this does NOT mean that you guys can turn on me now! I don't plan on getting married, either, until I find someone I want to marry, whether that happens in 1 year (which I highly doubt) or 10.

At least they can't decide on a boy to tease me about. It changes about once a day, and half of those they pick are movie characters.
