@Matthew – she said that because we don't prefer the way people sing nowadays. We like like listening to people yell the lyrics, sing really breathy, and how ways that I can't don't know the terms for. Really though, the way the Getty's sing there music, is a lot different than a group like the Tallischolars, wouldn't you agree?

Well….it depends on the music. Most of the piano guys music that I've heard, is fine…just not my style. Though, there is music out there that I have heard, that I don't think is good (like people screaming the lyrics, bad beats, moving the body to much, and things like that). BTW, I have not studied the Scripture on the topic of music, so I'm just saying what my parents have brought me up with. Though, I would like to study this subject more sometime.

Also, I thought you were talking about the contemporary style of the music that you didn't like. This is what really was confusing me because I know you like some contemporary music. I was trying to get Carissa to listen to some songs that I knew were similar, but she didn't like them…

Contemporary music is just not my kind of music. I like hymns and classical way more!

I do like some contemporary music, just like Carissa does, though she probably wasn't sure on the definition. Have you heard of the CD "I Love you Lord"? That is contemporary, and we both like it.

This is by far the closest together our family has ever had babies. Taylor and the new baby will only be about 14 months apart. My mom is due in early May. :D :D

Sorry, that's just how I express myself when I'm in shock (in an excited way, that is!) That's pretty neat! The closest that we have in our family is Amy and I…and we are 24 months apart.

Nothing much. It's my brother's birthday today, and my mom's making a cake for him. I also got the picture for my profile, but I might not be able to put it up until tomorrow. We're a little busy right now.
