Because 1. I'm really busy and don't really have time to add another thing on 2. It costs money to get lessons which means that I would have to pay for it which means I'd have to get a job which I can't do. :(

For us, no way. Our instructor is really, really relaxed about payment. It's about $5 a class, if you pay at the door. It's about $35 per month. for a family. So, it's not too bad. However, that's for our class here. I don't know about any others.
