Social Chatting #5

Well there is only one girl close to my age and I rarely see her. Other than that all the other people in our youth group are guys and the other girls are all really young or way older than I am.

And you don't want to make friends with guys?

Wow. At our church our senior high youth group (If everybody comes) numbers between 10 and 15 kids.

Our "your group" is about 6-ish. Teens, that is. There are other kids close to being teens, or younger than are with us, but our core group is around 6 or 7.

If you count the junior high for us, I bet we could reach 20.

Well they always go into a group by themselves and since I'm very introvert I'm not just going to go over there and join their conversation. And anyways they are always talking about their video games, music, etc, etc, etc, and I don't particularly want to get into a debate with them about it.
@Ian: Well we probably have that many with all the guys but there are only three girls…my sister,, the other girl and I.

That's the exact opposite in our senior high youth group. We have three guys, and about 7 girls.

@Ian - I wonder what you'd think if you visited our church! Let's see - there is one person in his 80s, one person in his 70s, a couple in their 60s, my dad is in his 50s, my mom is in her 40s, there are two couples in their 30s, two college girls (and possibly a couple, if we call him as a pastor) in their 20s, two teenagers, and six kids under ten. We have just about less people in our entire church than you have in your youth group!

Really? I wish that was how our youth group was….meaning that we would have more girls in it :)

I just realized I missed a girl also. That brings it up to about 8 girls. (I say about cause I might have missed one. :))
