Here's a challenge: "Sit down" against the wall, like you are sitting in a chair. You cannot put your hands on your legs for support, put them behind your head or dangle them at your sides. See how long you can "sit" on the wall for. Believe me...it is so hard! :P Once my brothers were doing this, and they were almost screaming by the time they fell :P :D

Yeah I've done those 4 like 10 minutes.. It hurts…

Oh I can do push-up. We has to do like 200 roughly but I did most of them on my knees and was sore for days. :/

Yeah, my coach makes us do that for volleyball sometimes...it's fun for the first minute or two, then it gets hard! :)

Boy, I am SO out of shape. Today all I could do was cycle 2 miles, wall sit for 1 minute, 4 full push ups, 20 sit ups, 2 bridges held for 30 seconds, and do weights for 3 minutes.

Today I have done 10 half pushups, 2 full, 15 sit ups, 2 bridges for 20 and 30 seconds, wall sit for one minute, practiced splits and stretched. I am going to try to cycle 3 miles and do bar pullups if it dries up.

Not really doing anything because of BB. :P I try to do at least 100 situps and 60 pushups 1 time a week…….:P:P
After BB I think I could do way more though.

Well… I was just trying to sympithize but I really can only do 7 or 8 legit push-ups… I think.. Ok tomorrow I'll max-out so we can settle this once and for all. Lol :)

Hey, once I could jump 2000 times on a pogo stick without falling! Then I grew out of it...

gasps Pogo-sticks!!! Could you do them without hands? My brother and I still can, although we only have one pogo-stick any more.
And…hehe…I can do about one full push-up in a minute and I'm winded afterwards. I can run a quarter of a mile and then I have to stop because I can't breathe. Chin-ups? Forget it! But I can ride my bike for hours and not get tired. Finally! Something I'm good at! :-P
