I can respect those with differing opinions. I have friends who don't like LOTR at all, but I love them all the same. I don't appreciate people trying to undermine the things I or my friends happen to enjoy though, or try to imply that we're sinning by enjoying them.

I am not saying you are sinning by liking them, I am saying that I personally don't like them. If my conshince says something against it, I am usually sinning.

True that. But the only reason I'm 'ending' this whole thing is because of the bible verse that say somethin along the lines of "if possible live at peace with everyone" oviously changing my like inch by inch picture isn't a big deal compared to keeping relitive 'peace' here

I noticed that you deleted your comment saying that you didn't think Dani's pic was appropriate for a Christian website. But then, since the whole LOTR epic was penned by J.R.R. Tolkein, a Christian, and the story enforces many Christian morals and values, I'd say that is is very appropriate!
