You cannot couple a first person pronoun with a third person verb ending...

The suffix -eth can only be added to a verb where the subject is 1. singular, and 2. third person. My guess is thou understandest what singular means. So I think thou'rt having trouble with the concept of persons.

First person refereth to the one speaking. The pronouns in this group that can be the subject of a verb are 'I' and 'we'. This person hath not verb endings.
Second person refereth to the one being spoken to. The pronouns that can be the subject of a verb are 'thou' and 'ye', or in modern English, 'you'. There is one verb ending belonging to this person (namely -(e)st), but that is largely irrelevant here.
Third person refereth to something that neither speaketh, nor is spoken to. Usually, when nouns are used, they are a part of this person. The third person pronouns that can be a subject are 'he', 'she', 'it', and 'they. There are two verb endings which can be used for the singular, those being -(e)s and -(e)th.

We can assemble a chart of pronouns:

And one of verb endings:

So. That said, thou needest to understand that thou canst not mix up pronouns from one person with verb endings from another person. (Or from another number.) I've seen people mix up some of the archaic endings before, so thou'rt not the only one. However, I'm sure thou hast no problem with the only modern ending, -es. Dost thou ever say "I knows"? If thou dost not, then neither canst thou say "I knoweth", because the ending -eth belongeth to the same person and number as the ending -es.

Here are the pronouns, with the correct form of the verb 'know'.
