I'm doing well! Just got back from a dance rehearsal (one and a half hours ago :-P), so I'm pretty tired. :-) The performance starts in eight days!!! rejoices and panics at the same time :-P

I'm really tired as well :P We had friends over yesterday and this morning and we were running around and jumping on the trampoline half the time. xP

Yes, it is! But it's terrifying at the same time! My Italian fouettes are super-messy… and I need to work on my fast piques… and my ankles are prone to giving out at the most inopportune times… and Jacqueline's costume change is going to be 30-45 seconds of pure stress… and… well, you probably get the point. :-)
Haha, that would make you tired! We don't have our trampoline set up yet, because it's been raining for the last few days, so the ground is really wet. :-)

has no idea about ballet, but still gets the point xP Dress changes sound stressful even if they aren't really short…!!

Yes, they are! Jacqueline and eight other girls are in two dances in a row with a short scene in between, and during that short scene, they need to do a complete costume change, plus put on pointe shoes. So Karissa assigned them each two helpers, and I'm one of Jacqueline's. :-)
Ours is about three years old. :-)
Wow! Now imagine having two feet of that every day, all winter and most of spring, and you're imagining Minnesota's weather. :-P :-)

Yes, it will! Especially with the real costume. We were pantomiming the costume change today, but Saturday, Monday, and Thursday we're practicing with the real costume, and we have to get it right by Thursday, because the first performance is on Friday, and I'd hate for someone to go onstage with a crinkled skirt or untied shoe ribbon. :-)
Haha, I do get tired of it! We even got snow last night! Thankfully, none of it stuck, though. :-) I never knew until this winter that the color white could be so depressing. :-P

That would be beyond bad. Plus, we have three performances total, so we can't just go through the process once and have it over and done with. :-) Karissa's the other person helping Jacqueline change, though, so at least her costume won't be too horrible. :-)
And white's depressing for me because I've seen way too much of it. :-) Can I send you some of our snow next winter? :-P

We have three performances all together: one on Friday, and two on Saturday. :-) I'm actually the one in the pair who has to do less work. :-) Karissa has to get Jacqueline's Birthstone Collection costume and pointe shoes ready, put on the shirt and pants, put the bodice over her arms, put in the hairpiece, and help her with the tutu. All I have to do is catch the Awakening costume and regular ballet shoes when Jacqueline throws them at me, hook up the bodice in the back, make sure everything's tucked in, and straighten the hairpiece. (Karissa's in front of her while I'm in the back, and it's hard to put a hairpiece around someone's bun when you're in front of them. :-) )

Yeah, it kinda is. :-P It's going well! There's definitely a lot that needs touching up, but I think that if we were to go onstage tomorrow, we would be ready enough to perform. :-) (Except that Miles keeps forgetting what he's supposed to do… :-P)
